Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

"Well, that infomation hasn't been released to the public. So therefore you cannot be told, sorry you wasted your time." She said so calmly it was almost icy.

 

"Let see reasons for talking to kira... oh yeah i need an interview with him her"Yuu said

 

"Has L seen her?" Benedict asked Near.

 

"Too bad that I can't tell you anything." He shurgged and looked to Lana "Have you?"

 

"No L hasn't." Lana replied, rather offended that Benedict hadn't asked her himself.

 

"S***...umm...I better go find the new girl then...Oh and if you guys see her call me on my cell." Benedict said. He then ran off to find the girl.

 

"wait i thought L was dead.. and don't ask how i know, I won't tell you anyway"Yuu said looking around "well if you excuse me i'll be hacking your system for information"he said as he went of to find their computers

 

"I don't think so." More members appeared in the hallway. "I do have someone wathcing the monintors and told him to send any help if needed..."

ooc and now I have to go sooo Demi take care of teh little reporter

 

"Heya guys." Lana smirked as the SPKs blocked the hallway. "I think it's time we said our farwells Mr Reporter. So, goodbye." She smiled pleasantly in a almost mocking way. "If you do not go on you're own accord don't doubt we will use force."

 

"Guards? you got to be kidding me, luckily i'm no ordinary journalist and used my time here very effectively"he said as he took a strange mask on his face. before pushing a button on a small device. you could here the sleeping gas being released "nighty night"he said as he ran past the guards that slowly was falling asleep

 

Benedict ran down the hall of the SPK HQ yelling, "Hey New girl, where are ya?!"

 

As he ran past Lana, much against her better judgement, gave chase. Barely daring to breath as she sprinted after him, jumping over the sleeping bodies.

"Hey, I have a name darling." Blondie sighed, she'd been sitting on a bench in the hallway for quite sometime now. Actually managing to blend into the background.

 

"Oh, right. Blondie was it?" Benedict asked standing in front of her.

 

as Yuu was much taller than Lana he had a clear advantage because of hi much longer steps. plus he was not affected by the gas. he quickly found the computers and started gathering data

 

"Dammit..." Lana thought as she coughed on the fumes, her eyes darting franticly on either side of the hallway. The main survaliance room... Ducking in quickly she instantly sat down at the computer and began to try hacking the files from within. Messing them around, moving them, editing them. Downloading them off the network and onto the single machine. Anything to get them out of the guys hands, but not everything was safe. Without Near's codes, the personal data on a lot of the members was still accessable from within the network if you new the codes. Which she did, but she suspected she was the only one as she'd spent enough time around Near to pick them up. It would take weeks to re-organize the system. But for now, nearly everything was safe. Except the basic personel files of the lower ranked agents and the finace reports. Though, she didn't know what he'd collected while she'd been working on it.


"Yes. Not exactly hard to recall, just check to see what colour my hair is."

 

Yuu copied the files he could get his hand on, plus a little more. "now lets get out of here"he said to himself as he grabbed his stuff and ran for the exit

 

"True. You mind if I ask you some questions?" Benedict asked.

 

Lana wheezed heavily as she struggled to breath from the after effects of the smoke, there was no way she could give chase in her condition at all. And now her back was killing her, the strain on the stiches and staples still agonizing. "A-At least I tried..." She mumbled. "Damn jinx..."

"No sure, go right ahead."

 

Yuu easily escaped and returned to his hotel

 

"Why did you want to join the SPK?" Benedict asked.
