Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

OOC- Because I PM'd you about it last night and I didn't see the point in repeating myself when the situation hasn't changed. Sorry. Just didn't seem logical to me.

I'll explain once again... The New Kira has killed around 500 inmates in a prison. L and Near have called a meeting to discuss the situation and gather ideas from the other agents...

"I'm certain I will." She smiled deviously, delicatly biting her glossy lips.

 

OOC: Huh, that odd...Oh well. See you guys latter, I don't understand whats going on so I will see you all when things start making sense.

He didn't look at any of them. "So now we got that handle, you do know what is tomorrow?"

"No, what is it tomorrow?"

 

*Headbagngs into desk*

"Our time that Matt gave us is up. Of course it could just be a distraction. Either way we better be ready for anything, 24/7." In the meantime, have any of you heard anything about the reporter?"

 

"With Matt I don't think we'll ever know what's reality and what's a game." Blondie smirked.

"Though if he has gone underground I'm saying he was planning something and stuffed up." Lana added.

"Or this was his plan to distract us while the Kira swap happened."

"There was no way he'd of known when the confrontation was going to happen. Only those involved were informed and they were me, B, and the new girl Jen. And Jen wasn't even told until the day I believe."

"Then you or B must be the rumoured spy then."

 

"Lana can't be a spy but B and Jen are still kind of new. But seeing how you are the first to point fingers you could be a spy."

 

"How do you know she isn't?" Blondie asked. "Do you know her that well? And besides, you already suspect me. And it was just a little harmless banter between colleuges. Right L?"

"Yeah... Whatever..."

 

"How do you suggest it is her?"

 

"Well, she certainly knows a lot about what's going on. So she's in a perfect postion. And I heard that the L postion was comprimised once before, why not again as an addintional slap in the face. And she's the one person I've rarely seen just around, she's always either working or she's nowhere to be seen. Not to mention the fact she has more reason to become a stero-typical pyschopathic serial killer then anyone else I've come across so far, or at least want to assist one from what I've come to understand. Also, I've observed that she's done a awfully good job of getting into your inner-circle, dispite the fact not even two months ago she claimed she hated you with, and I quote; "Undying loathing". Though all my infomation on past events and such is based on what I've been told by longer standing members. So I may not have all my facts straight. And it's just possible that's she doesn't have a reason, she just is the way she is."

 

"And what about you?" Mellody asked blondie without turning. "We've all seen that you liek to gossip, and that you like to make things sound like you're right, but how about you realise SOME of us know Lana beter, and know full well you know that, which means you're making stories to create distrust, which will coherantly destroy the SPK from the inside, thus making you a perfect spy yourself. If you can see logic in that."

 

Kyra looked at the other SPK members discussing, and then began writing ideas on how to stop Matt from issuing the SPK member's names, and also drawing up conclusions on who might be the spy.
She then looked around, and sighed thoughtfully.

This is going take a while... Kyra whispered to herself, drawing chibi's on the side once she had finished concotting her many plans.

 

"Yes there is logic in that. But you your self just proved yourself as a possible spy Mellody with two 'l's'." She grinned. "You yourself are contributing to the aura of distrust, making people distrust me. In fact, if you think of it with that logic no one here is safe from suspicion. Everyone is a potenial spy."

 

Kyra nodded softly, and then said, ''I think the main problem at the moment is Matt... I understand that this ''Spy'' is the root to this problem, using all of our information against us, however, we must come up with some sort of plan which would potentially putting him off from what he has in mind... ''

 

"kyra's right." Mellody shrugged. "But before we do, i think we should at LEAST remove all form of electronical equipment capable of recording the meeting, that way the spy won't have any direct method of getting information to him."

 

''Fine by me...'' Kyra said, whipping out her mp3 and mobile, and switched both off, before turning around and saying, ''Should we place them like, in a seperate room with a deadlock? I'll get a tray so that whoever also has items like these can be stored in a different location... So... Which room should all the items be at??''

 

"Mellody; That would mean we'd all basicly have to strip. A microphone could be hidden in a button or even a bra hook these days. And I think there's only one person in the room that would consider that." Lana said quietly and calmly. Eyeing Blondie darkly as she mutter the last sentence under her breath. "It would be good, but impractical. And anything can be relayed just as easily by word of mouth as it can recordings. Not everyone is so reliant on technololgy. But let's handle the situation on hand. Which, right now, isn't Matt's little threat I'm afraid. There is a New Kira. We have Laya, as you all know. But we don't have Kira. The title has been passed down or on or whatever. And this Kira has just murdered the five-hundred inmates of a British Prison. That is why we gathered you lot here."
