Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

Blondie slowly blinked and turned away from the camera. Carrying on down the hallway.

"I shall never understand them..." He muttered

 

Blondie started to look into random rooms as she walked around, finding the enitre place rather fasinating. And quite pleased she could investigate without causing to much suspicion. She always cased places she started to work, even back in her temping days.

 

He stood up and went to look for his toys again, telling someone else to watch the monitors.

 

"HELLO IS ANYONE HERE"Yuu shouted walking down the corridor

 

"I guess that's a good enough reason." Lana sighed as she hauled herself up again. "Gonna see what Near wanted." She explained flicking her phone open and hitting the re-dial button.

 

He heard someone shout but then his phone rang so he answered it "Hi"

 

"Heya, you rang a few mintues ago but you didn't reply when I answered. Just checking to see if you wanted me for something." Lana explained quickly.

 

"I was bored and you just left and I was wondering where were you."

 

"I know your here somewhere"Yuu shouted, looking around

 

"Oh, right. Just Mellody wanted to talk to me, and then we decided to get to work on something. But I had to get changed, she poked her nose in somewhere she shouldn't on my laptop and had the life scared out of her." Lana explained simpley. "Nothing to interesting."

 

"Now why don't I believe you when you say that last part?" He said looking around for the person who was calling out

 

"She just found some pictures from when I was younger, freaked her out a bit."

 

"Was it really that bad?"

 

Yuu noticed Near "hey kid have you seen a girl named Blondie? this about this tall and probably Kira"

 

"I wouldn't say it was bad..." Lana said quietly. More like horrific...

 

"I have to go." He said, hanging up. "What about Blondie?"

 

"I wonder if you've seen her. I think she may be kira or one of his her helpers"Yuu said looking around

 

Intersting... "I have two questions...One is what makes you think that and two is who are you?"

 

"Alright... See ya..." Lana mumbled just after he'd hung up. Staring at the phone for a breif moment before she snapped it shut. Maybe one day they'd be able to have a normal conversation. And a conversation that didn't get cut off so abrutly... She thoughtfully pressed the metal casing of the motorola to her lips as she pondered how long in the future that would be, or if it would ever even happen.
