Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

"Yeah, when you two are left alone for any serious amout of time she gets evil, you get your hair pulled and I end up getting caught in the crossfire somehow." Lana laughed. Her giggles slowly dying down as she watched him for a moment. "You alright? You look like you seen a ghost and they're not even lost yet."

 

"I'll lose hair like that...And I'm fine. Tired."

 

"Maybe you should go get some sleep if your tired then?"

 

"But I can't sleep and you know that."

 

"Just gonna keep going until you crash and burn again then?" Lana asked, serious concern evident on her face.

 

"That's the plan."

 

"Fine, I'm not going to argue with you..." Lana sighed. "But while you're at it, try not to kill yourself"

 

"I will try..."

 

"You sure you're just tired?"

 

"Yes I am sure. Why do you ask?"

 

"I dunno... You just seem... Off." She replied, tiping her head to one side.

 

"And how is that?"

 

"I dunno... Just feels different in here from when I left." Lana explained. Sitting back in her seat and looking back at the screen, unfortuatly right at the moment there was a ghostly shadow out side their tent. She cowered slighty, hugging her knees closer to her chest.

 

"While you were gone...Mellody gave me your laptop..and..."

 

"Please tell me you didn't look through my photos..." Lana moaned hiding her face in her knees.

 

"I was crious. I am sorry for doing that..."

 

"No... It's fine... You would of found out sooner or later... Not like the scars are subtle..."

 

"You haven't done that recently right?"

 

"Umm... Last time was, umm... four months ago..."

 

He pushed himself up. "You'd better not do that again."
