Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

"If anything were to happen to you I'd make sure the b*stard got what was coming... No matter what..." Lana muttered "And nothing's going to happen to you... At least... It better not..." She hated considering that idea, made her feel sick to her stomach. A world without him... She'd be back where she was before, with nothing and no one.

Lana looked up at him, craning her neck backwards to see. Now she was scared for him again and she was even more worried as to what might happen.

 

ooc *Hugs*

"What's wrong?"

"You've got me thinking about... that, again..." She sighed heavily, climbing back up onto the sofa besides him.

 

ooc msn was being stupid and froze up after I lost internet conection(which was reallt screwed up thanks to the strom ealier) but I am loggin on now

"Don't appologise... It comes with the terratory and I've always known it, I just don't like having to face that perticular reality..." She explained quietly, hugging her knees to her chest and resting her forehead against her legs. Blocking her face from view. She could feel the warm sting of tears in her eyes, and she didn't want him to think that he'd made her cry or any of that.

"I'm really am sorry..."

 

"Please, stop appologising... It's fine..." Lana sighed.

 

He then hugged her. "It's not fine if you're not okay."

 

Lana wrapped her arms around him too, clutching weakly to his shirt. Much as she had done in the dream a few weeks before. "Like I said... It's nothing either of us can change. So you can't appologise for it, and if I can't change it I shouldn't worry... I think anyway." She laughed weakly.

 

"I just...Want to see you happy."

 

"I'll be fine..."She nodded, holding him slightly tighter and closer as she spoke.

He rested his had on her shoulder

 

Lana rested her head on his shoulder too, facing towards his neck. "It's just... I love you and... I don't want to have to live without you, I don't think I could..." She mumbled so quietly that it would even of been just audible to Near himself.

 

He put his on her shoulders and out his lips to her's, givving her a kiss. It lasted only a few seconds and when he backed away he waited to see her recation

 

As his lips touched her's Lana's eyes snapped wide open for a breif moment before she shut them again. A brillently bright red blush spread across her cheeks and she fell completely silent. She bowed her head slightly in a subconsious attempt to cover her scarlet face with her onyx hair. A bright and unfading smile on her lips.

 

He smiled as he saw her recation

 

Lana opened her mouth to say something but her mind was so flustered and was racing so fast she could't process the thoughts to say anything. Instead she made a strange "eeee" sound and pulled a rather puzzled expression at herself before flushing a even deeper shade.

 

"If you can't speak then don't force yourself."
