Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

"What makes you say that?"

"Yes I will. I normally follow the one with the Death Note."

 

"What do you think?" She asked playfully, tipping her head back and looking up at him.

"Seeing as we'll be spending some time together I think it's only proper to learn a little about each other. Even if we are of different speices. I gather you can see my name, so what's your's?"

 

He smiled "I think I know why."

"My name is Desire."

 

"Exactly." She grinned. "That's why I think it's not going to be as bad as any of the other nineteen years."

"Desire, interesting name."

 

"Well I hope I could make it a good birthday."


"Thank you."

 

"You could by just being there..." Lana said quietly, blushing slightly at her own words. Typing slowly a couple of nonsensical words.

"You're welcome. I've always belived one should be polite to ladies, even those of another race, stature or even species."

 

He rested his head on her shoulders again. "Then I won't leave you."


"Now if only all men were like that." She said and laughed

 

"Thank-you..." She smiled, leaning her head against his.

"The world be a much better place without ill-manners and rudeness. I have a lot of ideas for the ideal world. However in my doing so I'm pretty certain there would be no one left to enjoy it. Therefore I'll settle with just iradicating the hangers-on and the criminals. Those that won't be missed by many."

 

"No problem."

"It would seem most people with the Death Notes these days think alike."

 

Lana's smile strenghtened a little and she shut down the window. Leaving the screen open on the files insides her personal folder. Sub-folders called "Oxford", "Bills" and finally "Pictures"

"There isn't much else you can do with a Death Note without being nothing but a cold blooded killer."

 

"What kind of pictures you have?" He asked, remembering what Mellody said


"That's true but normally people don't kill crinmals."

 

"Just some old things I keep to remind myself not to make the same mistakes..."

"At least when you kill the criminals the death rates are reduced."

 

"Oh okay."

She nodded

 

"Nothing you'd find interesting."

"In a way. The killing ratio goes up, the deaths go down. Rather strange, but at least less are killed. Now, I was wondering. What can you tell me of Kira's dealings so far? I only know so much."

 

OOC: Anything new happen yet?

 

"If you say so."

"What do you want to know extactly?"

 

"I say so." Lana laughed, shutting the window down completely. "It's nothing anyone would find interesting or useful."

"I want to know everything."

"Today's the last day before I have to make my TV appearance...You've got that under control correct?"


"So Laya found the Death Note while in America and a guy named Akito saw her find it so they started to work together. Akito turned out to be Terri's manager and they found Angel...Laya's siter...Then Matt came along...A guy who seems to be working mostly on his own and is Kira's spokeperson. Akito went missing, mosy likely caught by the SPK and Terri went off with Matt. Pretty much it."

 

"Mellody does for certain, she's not really talking to me about it right now. Saying I have other things to be thinking of."

"Sounds like this 'Matt' needs putting back in his place. Getting a little above his station. And, this is something I've been wondering. I occasionally listen to an American Radio staion on the internet, and I heard this encoded message from Kira to some random guy who was trying to get in on the action. It didn't sound like Laya's style. Would I be right in saying it was Matt claiming to be Kira?"

 

"I wonder what she means..."

"That is correct."
