"Because it is." Lana laughed, turning her head to look at him before facing back to the screen. Opening up her documents and selecting the folder named "Oxford~Coursework" then a Word file which was filled with three pages of extremely long words and babble about stress-induced neurosis and psycosis.

ooc if you want to bring in the other person you can at any time. Just make him find the DN in the mail and Desire will be there

"Grah... Due in twelve days..." Lana muttered, dropping her head onto the keybord.

In the early morning smog that rested over the high-rise flats in London City Center First Friday was begining to stire. How he despised the mornings, however he'd sensed something was happening. Something was up, he'd felt a change in the early hours of the morning when the sound of drunken fights had suddenly ceased as they always did at that hour. The tall, handsome blond pulled his robe on over his bare chest and pajama trousers as he wandered to the door of his apartment and towards his mail.

"Bill... Bill... Spam... Dominoes Pizza? What the f*ck?" He muttered as he tossed each letter into a seperate pile. Soon leaving just one. A large but flat package. Rather resembelling... "Oh Laya..." He sighed, slaming a palm into his face once he's unwrapped it. "What've you done girl...?"

Desire stood near the packing, waiting for him to touch the death note

 

"This paper... I'm nearly finshed... But I can't get the synopsis right... If I sit down one night without distraction I should finish it. But it's so... blech. Best I can discribe it as."

Finally First picked up the Note in his hands, flicking through the pages.

 

"If you need help I'm open."


"Hello." She said simply

 

"It's alright... I'll get it done. Though I'll be up doing it on my birthday I expect..."

"Oh, hello. Shinigami I presume?"

"Maybe you might have one this year."


She nodded

 

"Hope I will." She smiled. "And there's every chance I will now."

"This, this is going to be fun." He laughed, dropping the book onto the table. "I assume you'll be hanging around a fair bit from now on?"
