"But why did tricking me into doing that when I was obviously in a fair bit of pain seem like a good idea? Actually, never mind... Don't bother answering, just don't do it again please?"

 

"I'm sorry. Proisme."

 

"Alright." Lana smiled ruffling his hair.

 

He smiled when she ruffled his hair.

Lana smiled at him in return.

He moved over so he sat next to her now.

Lana smiled and rest her head on his shoulder. "You're lucky I can't get mad at you, you know." She laughed softly.

He smiled. "I know."

D is... I dunno where D is. He wasn't on yesterday much either because his friend came over so I'm assuming that's it.

"Good." She smiled as she looked up at him.

The next morning Lana grudingly woke up from her breif sleep. She yawned sleepily and rolled over onto her back thinking of how much she wanted to just stay in bed all day. Her birthdays were never good, something always messed up. So even now with Near around she still had a feeling of forboding. Then as the sunlight crept through her curtains and cast it's bright light over her dark and sleep filled eyes she groaned and hid under her blankets. "Evil f*cking sunlight..." She muttered to herself as she dropped flat onto the matress.

A few moments later Lana somehow found the drive to drag herself out of her bed, well it was more like an unwilling fall really. As she rolled onto her back under the covers they'd gotten tangled around her, making her struggle to get free from them. Then as she fought with the sheets she found herself toppling off the edge of her bed and hitting the floor at a rather high speed, luckily however the sheets cushioned her fall. "urgh... what a fan-f*cking-tasic start to my day..." she muttered irratabley from the depths of the sheets.

 

Near, being the how he was, slept for a hour or so, so he was already walking around the hotel. His plan needed the help from Mellody but he could not find her anywhere so went walking back to his room for the time being and when he walked past Lana's room he heard a loud 'thud' from inside and sighed at her cluminess.

 

Lana struggled her way out of the mass of fabric that had incased her, only to get her foot trapped in a pocket-like fold in the sheets and to slam into the ground again with a second loud thud. "F*ck!" She yelped in surprise, along with several other unintelligable word-like sounds as she actually fell towards the ground. "I seriously hate today already..." She muttered into the carpet.

 

He heard her cussing and then knocked on the door. "Do you need help?" He called through the door

 

"I'm fine... Just fell over a couple of times." Lana called back pushing herself back up from the floor and brushing her pajamas down.Noticing with great annoyance she'd managed to give herself such bad carpet burn that it skin was hot and bleeding slightly. "Just f*cking great..." She muttered under her breath.

 

"Are you sure you're oaky?"

 

"Just a bit of carpet burn." She replied licking her thumb and trying to wipe the blood off of her arm.

 

"What a nice way to start out the day... As long as you're okay." He muttered. "Well there should be your gift on the table in there and if you need me I'll be in my room." He said and paused for a breif moment be starting to walk towards his room again

 

"Oh, so you're not coming in?" Lana asked slightly despondantly. She then glanced over at table in her room. There was indeed a small wraped parcel sitting amongst the mess of papers she had strewn over the mahogany surface.
