Requiem of the Lost Hearts

OOC: Welcome to Requiem Hakumei and Chase. I've added you to the list now. Also, I probably wont be around this weekend unless I get internet setup at home, so you guys go on ahead w/ the rp. I'll be back Sunday.

As the colorful character made her exit, Sankai blinked his eyes in bewilderment.
Then he looked to who appeared to be the authority figure.

"Maybe she has some answers"

He begins to walk over to the large lady and starts, "You appear to be the person in charge. Am I right?"

 

The queen store down at him. "Yes, I am. Now what do you want?!" She hissed, leaning down to him and leaning back up, crossing her chubby arms. Before anything could be said a scream cut through the air. Out of the hedged ran Cyrsalis holding a waterpail, along with heartless chasing her. "Gak! It's those things again! Gaurds, take care of them!" Commanded the queen, and the flat card gaurds chased after the heartless who were chasing Crysalis. 'Why is this the day I forget my keyblade at home?!' She cursed to herself as she ran all about the courtyard, followed by gaurds and heartless.

 

Chase stood there leaning against a tree with his head facing down at the ground. He had his bow in his right hand just in case anything attacked. "Why am I here..." He mumbled to himself as he then turned his head up at the sky. "Its a huge place...But yet I am here." He said as he continued gazing upwards. "Might as well make something of it." He said as he then gazed back to the ground. "But what shall I do?" He asked himself. He felt his gray hair move due to the wind. "Strong winds..." He ignored them knowing that it was probably just a quick breeze coming through.

 

fadeless looked around and sighed he wasnt going to find his way though this place he had a sit down a think " what happened and what was i doing when i finished hmm finished what? " said fadeless

Oh, it's morning..

 

The grey clouds of the dark world slowly hovers over the city. It's a quiet day in The World That Never Was. Heartless constantly searching for something. Nothing ever changes. That is, until now.

A young man can be seen standing on the edge of the collosal skyscraper. His head tilted looking at the ground. "It's been six years. I've gained so much experience, yet, I don't even know what to use it for." he muttered under his breath. A cold breeze makes his clothes flutter. From such altitude, it's not unusual for there to be sudden breezes.

His eyes still staring down, he slowly moves into a reverie.

"What is my purpose?" he asked himself while standing in the dark part of his mind.

"You're purpose, is to fight evil." a soft voice answered.

"Do you remember our motto?" it spoke again.

"Yeah....., Slay All Evil." he in unison with the entity in his mind.

Hakumei slowly comes back to reality and looks up at the night sky. He makes a small grin.

 

*while walking around in the dimension tunnel*

Where does this one lead?

*all the sudden a dark power pushes on the elemental warrior*
*falls through a hidden tunnel*

Ahhhhh!!!!!!!!!

*exits the hidden tunnel*

Where am I?
This world feels like it should have never been here!!!
I wonder what I can find here?

Sankai looked after the girl as she ran away. He looked back and forth between the girl's bad situation and the queen who seemed unphased almost by the assault of the dark creatures. "Are those guys gonna be able to stop the black creatures?" he asked the queen, downplaying his knowledge about the heartless.

He was itching to help fight off the heartless, but something in him was telling him to wait for a moment before entering the fray. The conflict in him began to manifest as his sword came into his hand without his knowing.

 

Crysalis was toppld by heartless, then accidently stabbed by spears as the caurds destroyed the heartless. She got up and approched the queen. "Crysalis, why didn't you fight them yourself?" The queen asked, crossing her chubby arms. "I left my keybladeat home.." She explained. "Hmph. Forgetful as usual. Caurds, you know what to do" She said, glaring down at Crysalis. The cauds surrounded her and jabbd her with their spears, then thrashed her forward, making a large scratch on her back. "Get back to work you scum." She queen hissed. She whimpered and got up, nodding and walking back towards the garden as she was told.

 

"!!!!"
Sankai couldnt believe what he just saw. He looked back at the cruel ruler with anger in his eyes at her mistreatment of her subjects. "How could someone like that be allowed to continue to rule this place," he asked himself as he ran to catch up to injured girl.

"Hey...wait up," he said as he got closer. In his mind, he wondered why anyone, let alone this beautiful young lady would work for such a ruthless dictator. Apart of him wanted to inquire about it, but he didn't want to cause her any trouble, besides she looked to be in bad shape to try and continue working. This just won't do, he thought as he finally was walking side by side with Crysalis.

"That must have been a terrible ordeal. I wish I could have done something, but I was just too shocked by what I saw. Are you alright?"

 

I have to keep my eyes on this place.

*opens another tunnel*
*travels to a weird looking world*

What the?

*finds a floating cat head in front of him*

THIS IS A SICK WORLD!!!!!!

 

Crysalis turned to him and smile a little. "Thou fine.. It happens alot. Thou is used to it." She answered, bending down to pull dead leaves out of a pot of a bonzai. "My suggestion is to just stay away from thy majesty. She is more powerful than anyone in Wonderland. Do be careful.." She warned, picking up the bucket of ead leavs and carrying on wih her work, even though she had a bleeding scratch on her back. Butterflies swirled all around her. "Im known as the Butterfly Lady. She forces me to work in her garden so the butterflies will come, and because Im the best garderener in Wonderland. She wants her garden to be perfect." She explained, sitting down and trimming the bottom of a flower bush.

 

"But your back...," he began. It truely was a strange sight. He'd heard of pain, but having lived alone most of his existance, had never experienced it himself.
He never thought about it before, but had inflicted damage on others. To be capable of such a thing...

She seemed to be doing alright, but wasnt moving the same as she had been earlier. He didn't know what to do. It saddened Sankai to see that he didnt know how to relate to such conditions. He wondered what it was like. "...what's it like...to feel pain?" He felt stupid for asking what seemed like a stupid question to ask, though he didnt understand. "I mean...no...ignore that. Do you want any help with that?"

In the Court of the 7 Council, a dark figure stood amist a circle of cloaked individuals.

Shaista: So...I've been contemplating my next move for some time. We've come along way, surpassing even the last Enigmatic Emperor. Together, we will lead everyone into the future. Come my council, let us make preparations for our next conquest.

OCC: I just posted an update for anyone who's interested.

*looks at singing flowers*

Crysalis stopped trimming and looked up at him. "I would like some help, but the q-" She said before uddenly, buds opened and they squeeled as if to sing. She started to giggle, then fell to her side laughing. "Copy Cat flowers." She said in between laughs. Whent hey stopped, she sat back up. "As was saying..I would like some help, but the queen wouldn't allow it. I've tried it before, and she wouldn't allow it." She said, smiling a bit. "..but thank you for offering"

 

*as he was opening the portal*

Time to leave this weird place!

*then out of nowhere a rabbit bumps into him and knocks him down*
*the portal closes*

Dam rabbit......
What the, a rabbit wearing clothes!!!

"What's the deal with that lady anyway? How did that kind of person end of ruling over such a beautiful place. She clearly doesnt match her surroundings at all," he chuckles.

 

"Shhh! Don't say that about thy queen! Thou could be killed!" Crysalis hissed, biting her bottom lip. She watered a few flowers before looking back up at him. "She's our only ruler. She's thy queen of hearts, and all the queens and kings of spades, clubs, and diamonds refused to take place, and the only one who volenteered was her, and we needed a ruler, so w had to choose her as the ruler of Wonderland" She explained, sighing.

 

"How sad. Couldn't the people of Wonderland rule themselves, though? I mean, it just...um....hmmm......okay, I forgot what I was gonna say, but anyways are you satisfied with your life in this condition, though? Honestly."
