@ ///////: AFAIK, editing vb's files most times has big problems if you don't know exactly what you're doing. So it's not wise to start testing, unless you have something that does works for sure.

    I vote for half/half (rep left/rep given).

This. Will longer rep really lag the page that much?
Also, since subscribed threads and notifications appear above rep, it's not like any other information is being pushed down. Even if it lags a bit, there's other links to click on to check subscribed threads and the different types of notifications that won't lag.

This raises a good point. Since the things most people would need are already located above the Rep, even with a little lag etc, further more... as P pointed out... an average thread has much more and those load fine anyway.
Personally, I put forth my vote to P's method. (That's if this is coming down to a vote lol)

On such a note actually, why don't you do site wide vote on the matter, offer the various possible Rep things as the choices and see who votes for what, and go with the majority?

It's true that the size of each reference is small, but there are a ton of them. KHVs power users are going to have a few hundred to look through. Based on my rep power Misty would have 350+ recieved. Admitedly My rep power is a bit below average for the active users, but keep in mind all the neglectable rep from newer members and the fact that no one had good rep power when the system was new. I don't think the page itself will be all that resource heavy, but I think composing it will be.

I like P's method, it gives people the chance to look at it and look back, and then from then on they can just look at the screenshots. And as Bushy-Brow said, I think we should give the whole site a chance to vote on the matter, that way it's fair and everyone has their say.

If there was a simpler way then that would be better, I'm just very curious as to know what rep I'd received when I joined.

Alright... how about this. I'll pick a date (probably this Friday or Saturday) where I'll change the rep to say 500 for at least 48 hours. During said time, report back in this thread on how laggy it is/isn't for you. If I get enough people saying it loads too slow, after the 48 hours I'll install the comments left mod and split it half and half with the 10 (or maybe a slight increase) of the rep received.

We will continue looking for a way to seperate the rep from the CP for the future.

    Awesome. Thanks.

Also, why are people labelling this as my method? Jayn was the one who suggested it. xD

Because people want to have an opprotunity to say 'P is right' so they can be in your sig.

(Thank you so much for saying that. I let it go because I didn't want to seem like a conceited ******. xD)

Anyways. Thank you, RvR. Hopefully it won't be too laggy but we'll see. :/

    I was?
    ... oops...
    My bad... again...
Sorry Jayn! *gets on hands and knees and begs* T__T

    EDIT:
    Just looked back,
    I see what happened...
I was agreeing with the whole things about how it shouldn't cause a lot of lag, I mean the screen shot thing is a cool idea, but thats not what I was agreeing to...
I see why it looks confusing though...
    again... my bad... :P
    *still begging on the floor*

I was right. I didn't even notice all were visible until someone mentioned it in Voxli.

Can we get Rep Given moved below Rep Received? When I visited the page, I used to be able to immediately see whether I'd been given rep, while now I have to scroll down to check. It's a bit of a pain. (Moving infractions down would also be appreciated, but is less likely to be granted.)
