Remnants of The Wielders

Erik's eyes blinked once."Summon..that's one of the highest forms of magic."He then thought for a moment."...well Hoody sounded more creative..but all right Enoch~ What more can you tell me?"He asked, smiling and tilting his head to the side.

 

Enoch folded his arms, "What more do you wish to know? My knowledge is at your disposal."

 

Erik blinked a little bit and scratched the side of his head."I..want you to help me find my cousin, Xenree, she's really important to me and Fil. I want to see her safe."

 

Enoch nodded once and snapped his fingers. A portal resembling a circular hole in the air surrounded by runes formed beside him, "Then find her we shall. What dimension does she reside in. Hopefully not Valhalla..."

 

"But...err...you see, that's the problem.."He looked down and bit his lower lip."...I don't know where she is..but I am sure it's not Val wha wha."He blinked."Err...what's a valhalo?"

 

"Valhalla. The invisible dimension where the dead reside. If she is not there...I will find her. Do you have something of hers...or shall we proceed to the Ever Dust realm to simply...look?" Enoch waited, he could practically smell the answers waiting for this young boy. Each of his summons shivered in his blood.

 

Erik was silent, weighing his options. he tried, with all of his might, to remember if Xenree had left anything of hers with him. When he came up with nothing, his keyblade appeared in hand. He looked at Enoch and raised his blade to the sky, a white aura surrounded him."We shall look then, I will not give up on my family!"

 

Enoch nodded slightly and a few of the runes altered on the portal and he motioned Erik forward, "Then you do not believe Ashrah's claims that Xenree is his sister and a child of Project G. You insist she is of Riku's blood." He couldn't understand what Erik understood in his heart. To him, the evidence was there and yet...the boy he was chosen to protect, insisted she was family. "Erik....we'll find her."

Xenree's vision swam with colors and heat, her body shivered from the heat and her lips were cracked and bleeding. "...help me...please....some....one...." she quietly mumbled into the sand.

 

"Project or not."Erik stepped into the portal and shielded his eyes."...I can't let Crowley get away with harming someone important to Fil."He said and looked down, clutching his keyblade while walking, kicking up sand with his pace."I have to help her..for his sake, she's important to us."

 

Enoch mumbled, "So Crowley the Purgatory Demon is responsible... I wonder..." He lifted a hand and swung it backwards, behind him. Another swirling circle of runes surrounded him before a large bird-like monster dropped from the sky. "Valefor...we're in need of quick travel across this everlasting desert." Enoch easily picked up Erik and tossed him onto Valefor's back. "Valefor will be our transportation."

 

Erik gasped in surprise as he was tossed onto the bird-like creature, clinging onto it and looked over at Enoch."You're...quite the magician for summoning something like this, can it really help us?"He asked.

 

"So I see. This is where our final conflict ends." Orias said. "Greed, Ed. Go and tell the others, that I say thanks."
Greed got serious."What do you mean?"
"That I may not make it out. In that case, it's up to you guys to defeat Crowley."
Ed looked at Orias. "Of course." He said.

 

The next day, Desperado summoned Marluxia to the hall. "Yes? What is it?" Marluxia inquired.

"I have a task for you. It's rather crucial." Desperado said in response "I'm sending you to collect the souls of several keyblade weilders. We've discovered a man named Greed has them, in the for of a red ruby. Can you handle it?

"But of course. I'll leave immediatly." Marluxia said, Exiting the room and going to prepare. Once he was ready, he set out to find this..Greed. "I really hope this will be a challange." He said to himself.

 

Arioch wonders around through the castle floors. One by one she passes by noticing that every room is exactly the same. "Where's the exit to this place?" She says while looking up at one of the giant double doors

 

Ashrah closed himself off from the rest of the world, save for the battle. "You're wasting your time. Even if you defeat me. My brothers won't let go of our sister so easily. Renee...no, Xenree, carries Jenova cells inside her body. She is needed for our reunion with Mother...." he started to laugh, "I sound so much like my youngest brothers right now..."

Enoch jumped on behind Erik and gripped handfuls of Valefor's fur/hair, "Summons are valuable in where we're going. Let us go." They took off in a flurry of wind and dust, breaking the sound barrier and making a small snap in the fabric of the universe.

 

Erik blinked and breathedi n deeply, ducking down and closed his eyes tight at the speed."Yikes, a summon like this actually exists? Amazing."He said and looking back to Enoch."We'll find her."He said and raised his fist."I know we can."

 

Enoch nodded once and an elaborate portal of blue and green appeared and shifted to black and red. "Here we go..." Breaking through the portal into Xenree's personal world was like breaking through double paned glass. Landing gently, Enoch let Erik regain his breath. "Are you alright? This world...was harder to enter due to your friend's mental barriers... She doesn't want you or myself here, but it's not enough to keep us out. Valefor is tired...would you like to walk?" Valefor bent downwards, nearly his head to the sandy ground and panted hard.

 

Erik shielded his eyes against the blinding speed and slowly opened his eyes."Xenree didn't want me here.."He looked down and hopped, nodding to Enoch and looked to Valefor."He needs rest."He said, smiling softly."Let's go."He walked ahead."Xenree..I will never harm you so please..let your light guide me to you.."

 

Valefor disappeared in a burst of glowing fireflies and Enoch followed him. "Perhaps she does not know what she wants. The border of death is a dangerous place. This...is the Border of Death. I'm quite surprised to find the person you are looking for is here. By my guess...she would be heading to the Temple of Everlasting. Perhaps we can catch up to her."

 

Erik nodded and looked forward."I hope so, this temple of everlasting doesn't sound like the nicest place to be. Fil still needs her and I'm sure many others need her too."He said. Odin appeared in his hand, he was ready for anything.
