Remnants of The Wielders

Xenree mimicked a stroking motion and moved her hand down Orias' cheek. "You should not have followed me here...." she whispered to him.

Crowley watched with interest. He knew their every secret. Xenree and Orias' childhood. Orias' secret feelings for her, Xenree's longing for a power that surpassed Riku's.

 

OOC: Nah, she already went through a different portal. lol, I just don't know where she should end up.

 

OOC: Twilight town?

Orias looked at her. "Well, I did. and I'm not leaving without you." he smiled at her. He ouldn't leave her no matter what.

 

OOC: All right. Twilight Town it is!

IC: Sharumix stepped through the portal and found herself back in Twilight Town. Looking around, she saw that she was in front of the clock tower. Someone was up there... was that... "XION!" Suddenly he was up on the top of the tower, and Hayner, Pence, and Olette other people were there. They were all holding up their crystals, and he wanted to hold up his, but he couldn't find it. He must've lost it before he got on the train. He looked out the window, and saw the sky practically rip apart. They must be between worlds. He looked over at Donald and Goofy. They had never been between worlds without the gummi ship before. What was that in his pocket? He reached in and pulled out a shiny blue crystal, bright and beautiful. He didn't know why he held it up to the sun, but he did, and the light shined through it. The light was breaking off of Xion, and no matter how hard he held her, she was still breaking away. Who was she, and what was happening to her? Ice was spreading over her black cloak, and he realized she was freezing. "Did... did I do this?" he asked. She smiled and shook her head. "No..." she said quietly. "It was my choice... to go away now." She was gone. Even his memory of her was fading, until he couldn't even remember her name. He had to fix this. They would be together again, somehow. She had somehow gotten to the top of the tower, and as she looked down, Sharumix felt the weight of all the memories fighting in her head, trying to push their way into the front. She realized that her face was wet, and she reached her hand up to touch the water. She had been crying. She looked over the town at the glorius sunset. She needed to fix things, just like Roxas and Sora had tried to do. Just... where to start?

 

Xenree's smile was gentle as she hugged him and darkness surrounded him and her, "I'm sorry Orias...." she teleported them both out of the Cave of Wonders and into Agrabah's main town.

 

Orias hugged her back. He was still mad at her, but not enough to say something. "It's ok... Xenree." he smiled back at her. He rembered a time when he and Xenree were little and he had asked her if they would always be together, because he heard that the Keyblade drove Riku and Sora apart at one point. She simply smiled and said yes. That was all Orias needed to be happy that day. He was now regretting asking because it may have jinxed them.

 

Xenree released him and stepped back, "I owe Crowley....I cannot leave him. There is more to this than you can see Orias. You must not interfere." She turned on her heel and headed into the town.

Crowley fumed, "Xenree! How dare you just leave me here when we were having an important discussion! Damn you Xenree!!" His eyes focused on Hogson, "And you...."

 

"Then enlighten me" Orias said. He saw Xenree head into town. "Hey! Don't turn your back on me!" he was starting to get angry. "Xenree!" He yelled. "I'm talking to you!"

 

Sharumix stepped through a dark portal into the cave of wonders. As far as she knew, that's where everybody was. "Whoa..." This place was huge! Treasure everywhere, with doors and holes in all the walls, this was an outright maze! She heard voices coming from somewhere, so she set off to follow the sound. Hopefully, she would run into the others before they decided to change their minds and go somewhere else.

 

Xenree chuckled lightly, "No one said you couldn't follow me." She never changed her pace. From what Crowley taught her, she'd be able to preform her duty and lengthen her time with only a hundred souls.

 

"Ok," Orias said casually. He had an idea that all was not as it seemed before he followed her.

 

Xenree sat calmly on a broken pillar and patted a spot beside her, "Come Orias...ask the questions you want to ask."

 

Hogsan eyed Crowly warily. "Look, this isn't my fault." He said. "I don't even know whats going on here." Hogsan was frustrated. How come everyone had just left him here to deal with this Crowely guy? How could they? And why was Crowely mad at him? He summoned his keyblade, just in case Crowely decided to attack him. "Can't we just get along." Hogsan mumbled to himself.

 

Orias sat next to her. "What do you owe Crowley? Why do you owe it to him? What do you plan to do with me? and... where is the real Xenree?"

 

Xenree laughed, covering her mouth with her hand, "I am the real Xenree silly." she sobered and stretched her arms above her head, "I see things clearly now, for once Orias. I don't plan to do anything with you.... As for what I owe Crowley....it's a long story. It might not seem long to you, but...it's been a long time for me..." She stared at the sand and her black boots before standing quickly and turning to face him, her face serious except for a small amount of lack of emotion in her eyes, "Orias...I..."

Crowley laughed harshly, "Get along, now that's a good joke. Denizens of the dark world can never get along with you. Our lives are more complex than yours. I am a scientist...I don't get along with anyone! Xenree is my last link to reality..."

 

"You're right. I could never understand the things you do. But that's not because I'm to weak to learn." Hogsan said. "And what do you mean by saying that Xenree is your link to reality? Is that why you're so afraid of losing her? Afraid one day she'll discover all your lies, and you'll be left with the insanity of it all?" This Crowley interests me. thought Hogsan. What is his link to Xenree? How does Marushi fit into all this? What is Crowley after that Xenree can get him? Where was Xenree now? Where was everyone now? Hogsan looked around ounce more, wondering how he had gotten himself into this.

 

Sharumix finally tracked the voices to the right door and looked around the corner. She saw Hogsan and Crowley, but... Where were Xenree and Orias? They hadn't just left Hogsan alone With Crowley, had they? She didn't like seeing him stand alone against the darkness, so she ran over to stand beside him. "Hey," She said. "What'd I miss?"

 

Orias stared at her at crossed his arms. "What?" he asked. "You what?" As for the questions, at least she answered them all. he thought, Should I tell her what I feel about her? No, now's not the time...

 

"Hm, nothing much." Hogsan said while gratefully smiling down at Sharumix. "Crowley is mad because Xenree left and is about to take his anger out on me. I guess it's just my bad luck." Hogsan laughed again.

 

Sharumix smiled. Then she summoned her Keyblade and turned to face Crowley, all smiles forgotten. "Well," she said. "What next, Crowley? We'll fight back, but we won't start it." She was feeling pretty nervous. What if he did decide to fight them, and they weren't strong enough? What if she had another vision and left Hogsan to fight by himself? Well, it didn't matter either way. She had to stand by Hogsan. She wouldn't leave him to fight alone.
