Remnants of The Wielders

Sharumix looked at him. "Orias, what do you hear? Is it Xenree? What's going on?"

 

Orias looked at her. "Yes, I hear Xenree." She's telling us to do something, he thought, but I can't understand her. He listened again... Nothing... "Xenree" he pleaded, "Tell me what you want"

 

Sharumix looked at Orias, concern clouding her face. "We need to fix this,"' she said to Hogsan. "Crowley's going to pay for what's happening. To Orias, and Xenree, and..." She didn't say anything about the people in her visions, but she was sure he had had something to do with their memories being stuck inside her head. "And everybody." she finished lamely. "Now... If I only knew where I could find him."

 

Orias listened deeply... He knew Xenree could tell him the answer... He just needed to hear her.

 

Xenree opened her eyes and focused on the desert before her. The Cave of Wonders opened wide for her. Her footfalls silent as she walked in and down the sandy stairs

Orias saw the vision that Xenree left for him. He looked at MArushi and Hogsan. "She's in the Agrabah Desert. She just went into the Cave of wonders. C'mon." He took off running and didn't wait for the others to follow.

 

It's a good thing I need to find Crowley, Sharumix thought as she ran. Otherwise I might be irritated by chasing after Orias again. Well, it did seem to happen a lot. But... how had Orias seen Xenree's location? Maybe... She was starting to guess here. Maybe Orias's and Xenree's hearts were connected, and the bond was stronger than any tampering Crowley had done. Maybe that was why she had all those people's memories in her head. Maybe her heart was connected to theirs somehow. But, she had lost her heart. How was it she was connected then?

 

Xenree walked silently through the Cave of Wonders. Her memories fuzzy....her thoughts incomprehendable. The only thing she could hear semi-clearly, Who's talking to me...? The ground trembled and suddenly Xenree was sent flying across the room. She landed heavily in a pile of gold and sand, "Nngh!" A Large Body Heartless had struck her. Standing, Xenree shook sand out of her hair and off her coat and summoned Dark Void.

Crowley shifted uneasily in the abandoned Castle Oblivion. Xenree must not fail...ever. His eyes shifted to the orb in front of him as he monitored Xenree's progress through it. She moved easily as she fought...a bit mechanically though...he might've over-done it with the control aspect...

 

"Ugh." Hogsan said as he ran after Sharumix and Orias. "I don't even know whats going on anymore." He sighed.

 

Sharumix turned to face Hogsan as she ran. "Crowley is controlling Xenree's heart, and we need to help her. Orias can see her sometimes because their hearts are connected, so he found out that she's in the cave of wonders in Agrabah. So that's where we're going. But I don't really understand why we're running. We can't exactly get there from here by running."

 

Xenree twirled her Keyblade reverse style and focused darkness into her blade. "Darkness devour! Ain Soph Aur!" tossing a concentrated ball of darkness at the Large Body Heartless, dissolving it in darkness. The cave rumbled from the impact and Xenree hurried on.

 

Sharumix was seriously getting frustrated. Orias wasn't going to get anywhere by running through Hollow Bastion. Last time she checked, the worlds weren't connected. What they really needed was another one of those portal things Crowley had used. Too bad she didn't know to make one of those. She was alone with her thoughts, and whenever that happened, her thoughts were so dark she couldn't bear it. She was darkness. It was a part of her now, a piece of her heart she hated but couldn't get rid of. Her eyes were living proof of that. Filled with darkness, she kept them hidden from the world, from herself. The blindfold made it hard to fight, but not as hard as his other form. Ugh. She needed to get out of here. She was depressing herself. With a wave of her hand, a burst of concentrated darkness opened up a dark corridor and She walked through. Sharumix was on the floor, Hogsan and Orias racing ahead. Any moment now they would notice she was gone and turn around. She knew now how to make a dark corridor. Should she just take off? Did she try to find Crowley by herself? It was pretty irritating to always have to chase him around. Maybe she should go alone. For the good of everyone.

 

Orias remembered that the worlds weren't connected. "Dangit!" He said. Suddenly he remembered something. He channeled his darkness and made a dark corridor. "Aha!" he said.

 

Xenree reached a round area inside the cave and touched the empty pedestal. Something inside her head and heart cracked and she dropped to her knees. Holding her chest, Xenree gasped for air. Crowley's "fixing" snapped off her heart and mind and she felt tears of pain roll down her cheeks. "Crowley!" As soon as she'd called him, he was there. Tanned face concerned and yellow eyes glowing with anger, "What have you done, Xenree?" "There's truth in your lies...doubt in your faith....all I've got's what you didn't take! How could you leave me to suffer!" "Xenree...I never..." "Don't lie! I should you leave you alone with all your secrets and regrets!" Crowley glared at her, "You can't..." Xenree turned away from him and sighed, "You're right about that....I can't leave you. My contract....how long?" "Seven years....then you will be consumed by the darkness you long for."

 

OOC: Hm. I could've sworn I posted something else on this rp. What happened? Oh well. I'll try to remember what I said.

IC: Oh great. Orias opened a portal and she'd missed her chance. Or had she? She could still open her own portal. She didn't have to follow them. She had faith that they could handle things. Well, she had faith that if one of them screwed something up, the other would be able to handle things. She needed to go somewhere alone and try to figure out what exactly was happening with the pictures in her head. She stood up and opened a dark portal of her own. To where, she didn't know. She let her heart pick a destination, and then ran through it before either of her friends could see what happened.

OOC: Anyone have any ideas on where she should go? I'm at a loss. XP

 

OOC: I think she should follow, but at this point Orias mainly wants to focus on Xenree.

IC: Orias arrived just in time to see Xenree talking with CRowley. "Crowley! Let her go!" He yelled. Blood pounded in his ears as he recognized that tanned face with yellow eyes. "You can't be... Xemnas?" he asked.

 

Crowley and Xenree turned at the same time and Crowley laughed, "Xemnas....?! Please, do not confuse me with a Nobody who's been dead for years. I am his successor...a human born of darkness and dark magic who craves knowledge. I am Crowley. I have perfected Vexen's project...and Maleficent's personal project." Xenree's eyes glittered as she looked at Orias, "You shouldn't have come here....how did you even get here?!" Outrage filled her voice.

 

Orias glared at her. "Look, I'm here to save your ass! I had a vision of you going into the cave and I used a dark corridor to get here." He turned to Crowley."How un-original. You really need to get your own ideas and use someone else for your little science fair project ok?"

 

Xenree flinched and Crowley smirked, "Cute...a boy who chases after his dear friend to save her from nothing. From a path that she chose from the beginning. And as for the projects....mine has by far surpassed those of Maleficent and Vexen. My project is successful in every way. And the tests are running perfectly with them both." Xenree slowly approached Orias, walking smoothly and slowly, she lifted her hand to his face, just barely hovering over his skin, "Orias.... You used to smile a lot more....how can a few short days have affected you so much?"

 

"cuz you've gone missing. No adventure of mine is complete with out you." He smiled. "Heh, a smile. Who knew?"
