Remember the good ol' days

Hell yeah! That's the whole reason I bought the Sonic mega collection plus! Those games got me into gaming! I loved it when I found out cheats to spawn rings and the cheat to have all emeralds in Sonic 2! I loved going Super Sonic! Especially at the end when you're trying to escape the Death Egg and your SS flying out the exit with explosions behind you and as you're falling from space you change back to regular Sonic and tails catches you in his plane! That is the most awesome thing ever!

When you have all the chaos emeralds you'd go into super mode.
But at the end Tails would catch you in his red plane with the propeller on the front xDD

I bought the Sonic Mega Collection too. But sometimes I actually get out my sega and play the original games x3

 

I can't do that, since we sold it and all the games when we got the first PlayStation. Although, I prefer mega collection plus, since you can save and load at any time, and I never had the third game or Sonic & Knuckles. I had never played the third game, but I had rented Sonic & Knuckles. I loved how you could connect the games and play as Knuckles in 2. Have you ever tried putting 1 in S&K and played it like that? It was messed up!

There was so many obvious cheats and loopholes in Sega games though.
My favourite was Sonic 3 by far. I think it was the first game you could control tails, and have him fly.. I'm not sure.
Yeah thats a plus side, actually being able to save the game instead of starting over each time (Though that did make it more challenging)

 

Yeah, but you could only fly for a short ammount of time. I liked how you could also do two player in 2 and 3.

 

The Mega collection I had, but the problem is I had it from my first gamecube and i let friends barrow it and they f***ed it up, then I sold my gamecube...

I'm trying to get another and my favorite game on there was probably sonic the hedge hog the first one lol
