Red vs Blue: Frienship is Spanish

Caboose looked at Tucker for a few seconds, in complete silence, which just added an awkward tension to the air.
"Well... I went to get headlight fluid like you had asked... but the shop wasn't where it was supposed to be. ...Yup." he nodded, and then continued his rambling. "But then I found some headlight fluid! I was so happy because I thought since I've done a good job, I'd please Church and he'd admit to being my best friend. So I started to come back and got lost, but found my way and then got lost again after finding my way, but then... I got thirsty so..." he trailed off.
"And yeah..." he nodded like it all made sense. "And your weapons... well, I also got a bit hungry on the way..." he trailed off again, like it was the most natural thing in the world.

 

There was a long, awkward pause between the two, as Tucker tried to figure out what he was saying.
"You survived a week drinking headlight fluid and eating guns? How is that even possible?" he said, finally.

 

Caboose just simply stared at Tucker again for a few seconds, almost like the perverted blue before him was insane for not seeing the logic in his survival. "It's possible. You've just gotta be very careful not to die." he said all knowingly.
"So..." Caboose finally tried to change the subject but lost his train of thought. "I hear no explosions yet. He must be doing it wrong."

 

Mark shouts from inside the base, "no... I just can't find anything explosive... do you know if there is anything at all in here that could make Tucker's rock go boom?" Mark walks back out, "and also... where's the bathroom?"

 

Nevada unstrapped herself and walked to the back. She stopped at the edge and checked how far it was to the skyscraper and her angle of descent. Satisfied that she could make it, she leapt our of the plane, aiming for the center of the building below her. Just before landing, she turned on her super speed. She landed as softly as she could, and would still have made some noise if she hadn't run over the area many times, dispeling the soundwaves before they could reach any listening ears. There was no one on the rooftop, but that was no excuse for carelessness.

 

"Understood." Washington said as he follow behind Nevada. Placing his shotgun on his back, he simply spread his arms on each side and fell forward. During his decent he kept a close eye on the skyscraper and right before landing, he had epsilon generate a force field to mute his landed. Once he was on the roof, he looked up at the sky and waited for Arizona to come down.

Pvt. Pools seemed to have an incredibly late epiphany about the name.
"Wait a minute, I've got it, fo'reelz this time!" He said, his finger in the air.
"We should call our vehicle...El ChupaWalrus!"

 

Arizona, being the show off he was, ran along the wall of the ship and did a front flip out the hatch. He land with a large thump on the roof of the building, causing dust to fly out in all directions. He stood and activated his energy sword. "Where to?"

 

Pvt. Ignis just stares at Pools, "hell no!" he says after an incredibly long pause. "That just sounds... stupid... 'Chubathingy' is much better... Walruses don't even live on land!"

 

"Pretty sure this was supposed to be a stealth mission Arizona." Nevada commented drily as she opened the roof access door. She sighed in resignation, knowing that the damage was already done. "We enter through here and descend until we reach the computers."

 

Arizona shrugged in an "Eh, whatever" fashion. Casually walking through the entrance into the building, he seemed overly confident. That could very well be the death of him one day. But that wasn't today. He looked down the hall for any guards that might have been on patrol. At the moment, there were none.

 

Nevada glared at the retreating form of Arizona for a moment before heading in herself. He was going to die if he wasn't careful. As it was, she was having a hard time not shooting him herself. The only thing keeping her finger from the trigger was the knowledge that it would make this mission, and all following missions, more difficult. For all his faults and arrogance, Arizona was a good soldier.

She crept ahead, checking each room as she did so. She stopped at the first security room. Two guards, neither watching the security screens. She activated her speed and killed them both, slicing their throats without a sound. Once both were dead, she hacked into the security system and had all motion sensors shut down and all cameras play a loop. Shutting them down would be too conspicuous. That took care of being noticed.

 

"So, the cameras and motion sensors are both taken care of then?" Arizona asked quietly. Apparently just now deciding to be the slightest bit stealthy. "Good. That'll make this easier." he crept down the hall and peered around the corner. Two guards were standing in front of an elevator. He called over his fellow agents quietly "Check this out" Once he was sure he had an audience, Arizona activated his armor's ability and vanished into thin air, leaving only an after image of himself.

He rematerialized once again directly behind guard on the left in the foot of space between him and the wall, raised up off the ground as though he had jumped. After delivering a sucker kick to the back of his head which caused the unsuspecting guard to fall forward, Arizona almost instantaneously teleported again into a crouching position in front of him. He proceeded to cut him in half from the groin with his energy sword. The second guard barely had time to change the direction he was facing before he had a pistol round through the back of his head. Thanks to the silencer on it, the gunshot wasn't very loud, but it was lethal enough all the same.

 

Well, that takes care of that. Washington thought as he followed behind his fellow agents. While so far everything was going smoothly, it was still too early to get careless. "Now let's see where this elevator leads to." He said once Arizona finish dispatching the two guards.

 

Nevada raced forward, grabbing the bodies before they had a chance to hit the ground, possibly alerting the floor below with the noise high-end armour makes when it hits a metal floor. "Yes, the cameras and sensors are gone, but that's still no reason to be careless." Nevada said, resting each body on the floor noiselessly. "Metal hitting metal still makes noise, so catch them next time." He did do a good job keeping the guards from screaming though, so she sent an approving nod in his direction, hoping it wouldn't be misinterpretted.

She pushed the "Down" button on the elevator call panel and set herself two meters away, gun at her shoulder and pointed at the elevator in case anyone came up with it. When it finally came up though, it was empty. She held her gun at ready by her side and strode into the elevator. She checked to make sure the other two came in with her, then hit the button for the 43rd floor.

 

Mark comes back out of the blue base with a grenade launcher and takes aim at Tucker's rock, "I'd move over if I were you... I need to cleanse this rock of your influence!"

 

*DING*

Nevada winced as the elevator announced their arrival to anyone outside. Intel said that the 43rd floor was supposed to be deserted, but one never knew... She slipped her knife out of its sheath, situated in the small of her back. It never hurt to be careful. As the doors slid open, she engaged her super-speed and darted out as soon as there was a gap wide enough for her to slip through. There was only a single security guard, his gun lifting slowly, his head still not quite turned towards the elevator doors. she walked towards him slowly, although she probably looked like a mere blur to the doomed guard. Standing slightly behind him and out of his range of fire, she raised her knife, allowing herself a brief moment of pleasure as she rested the knife on the guards neck. She didn't relish in his death, but in the knowledge that with this obstacle out of the way, the mission was one step closer to being completed to perfection. She reversed the knife in her grip and drove it through the guard's larynx.

 

As soon as he heard the ding of the elevator, Washington started to get his shotgun ready though it wasn't necessary since he barely saw Nevada zoom out of the elevator. By the time the doors had open fully, the sole guard on this floor was already dead. With him dead I guess the mission almost complete. He thought as he headed out of the elevator.
