Digital Art Red eye

I mostly used the pentool and filters. No c4d.

 

Lol... I like it a lot. It's amazing what you do with the pen tool and filters.

But, to tell the truth, I'm not really loving the red. I'd say change it to a light blue and change the blending mode/opacity.

EDIT: Hate the white border.

the blue would turn out horrible because I applied image too much.... and It'd be hard to erase without messing something up.

 

Add more effects in the deep of the red, then. make it look like something awesome is about to happen, you know? Sparkle it up a bit.

 

Hm, that'd be hard because I don't wanna use brushes that are not default, and I haven't the slightest idea on how to go about doing that....
