Reading is dying? That's news to me.

Anyway, I love reading. Just reading a good book, always wondering what's on the next page, and immersing yourself in another world....

The ability to do that without electronics (or drugs) is fascinating. I just finished reading The Hunger Games. AMAZING series.

I love a good book. Can't get enough. But, I hate my generation's type of books. Thirteen years old, in eighth grade, I mean, most of my age's books is stuff like Twilight (I've never read it, but I hear it's not all that good).
I love the classics. Edgar Allen Poe, is an author I enjoy.
Fantasy is a thing I enjoy. I enjoyed the "InkHeart" trilogy, great tale. I also liked the "Percy Jackson" series, which actually kind of surprised me, but I'm into mythology and such.

Sad maybe, but everyday when I went to school and when I had some free time between classes and during lunch I'd pull out one of my Star Wars books and read while I ate. A rather productive way to spend a day.

I don't mind reading. And I do to help calm me form a stressful day. But is it just me, or does the education system make you read a lot of depressing stories?

Still reading. My parents are frustrated with me because I always put reading before homework. I'll have to work on that, but after another chapter.

Currently reading Shadow's Edge, second book in the Night Angel Trilogy. If there's any series I'd recommend, it's that one. However, it's not in the Adult section of the library for nothing. There's some VERY mature themes in this book.

A good book is always a wonderful thing. To be honest, I am not fond of nooks and all that jazz. I'd much rather have a good ol' book, something that is "physically there".

Although I must confess, I have not read as much as I used to. Unless manga books count, I haven't a book for leisure in over 4 months. (I'm surprised I can still read.)
