Chain of Memories Re:CoM better than KH2?

ive almost finished Sora's story...and i gotta say...its fantastic!


the Voice acting is what really got me going....now i know the mouth doesnt move with words as well as it does in KH2...but still

the game is hard...but in a good way (not like KH1 >.>)

and i dont know for sure....but maybe after i finish the game ill have an answer

your thoughts?

 

I agree, the mouthing is off, and also, I have to say it is harder than KH2 and KH1 but in a good way, KH2 had its moments and now we're getting to the point where we need a powerful enemy really. So I will enjoy myself to a helping of KH RE:COM of Ansem and Marluxia. *smirks*

 

Yes It was significantly better. The Graphics and other minor details were fixed in RE:COM.

Re:CoM is good, but KH2 is MUCH better, starting with the battle system

 

It's harder for the English voice actors to sync their words with the mouth because animotrs of have become so good at animating, it looks exactly like the mouth movements should in Japanese. But they do a pretty damn good job anyways.

 

I think it was better than KH2...Just for the fact of getting to use Riku. They need to allow people to play as him more often. His skills are more interesting than Sora's. Re:CoM just isn't better than KH2FM+ though. Org. Data Battles, Crowns, Limit Form, No cards, XIII Mushrooms, TERRA...I think that's about it.

 

...i really do like KH2 dont get me wrong...but im kinda loving this one more...

It actually has a awesome consistent plot.

Yeah,a LOT,i mean,Sora sleights are devastating,and you play as RIKU.

KH2FM?
Not a chance,that game is the best KH ever without a doubt.

i just finished com like...a couple of minutes ago (sora and riku's side) and i gotta say that it was pretty good. probably equally as good as kh2 or even better. COM has a better plot i guess....xD

 

I personally say that they are equal to eachother I guess.I love Kh2 and Re:COM.

 

I think that they put alot of effort into Re: CoM, but KH2 was still better by far. The plot was more interesting, had a better fighting system, and much more complex things to complete in the journal. The bosses in Re: CoM seemed like the same from KH1, which they were excluding the Organization. Overall, I have to say no, KH2 was much better.

 

I don't think so. KH2's plot is just fantastic. Although, I gotta say, Re:CoM is a really good game.

 

RE:COM is MUCH better than KH2. the plot of this game, is just better. in KH2, ALOT of important characters don't get enough on screen time for you to actually get to like those characters. but in RE:COM it's easier to identify with the characters. also, plot is so dramatic in COM, it's good. also, the thing that i didn't like about KH2 is that there were too many things that were unexplained in the plot. and the battle system in COM was MUCH better than KH2. the only issue with the battle system was that it was too easy to abuse the Card Duel system in Riku's story but that's the only problem i see with it.

 

I watched a few KH2 videos and theres little to no Vexen.

Little/no vexen < More Vexen.

Little/no Vexen = KH2. More Vexen = COM.

Therefore,

COM > KH2.

I think I may play it more, but that may be just because it's something new lol. It has a nice change of pace as far as the battling system goes and it's a very good tie to KH and KH2.

I wouldn't say it's necessarily better... just different.

 

Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories is great but yet at the moment I feel like Kingdom Heearts II is better. I don't really know. They both seem great to me.

 

i would say its about the same........

recom has more drammatic moves, n i love that, but the replay value is minimal.....and kh2 has moves, but theyre not as awesome but it has more replay value......

You mean going to Disney worlds, to pointless ones at that, fighting Disney villains [some repeated], and a couple of Org. members once in a blue moon to add to decoration. And then, when we rarely know anything about these said Org. members, is time to finally defeat them.

You're comparing this to watching Sora be ripped apart memory by memory, a girl trapped and forced to do the said mind rape, villains as colorful as the very plot itself [who had their very own scenes], depth, shocking deaths, Riku's struggles, the darker tone/mood, etc. Not to mention, the more difficulty in gameplay.

Is crazy to think that KH2 surpasses Re: CoM in any way whatsoever, of all things. Let alone plot.

At least the gaming experts like IGN, and many, rate it HIGHER than KH2, which is how it should be.
