I like the attention to detail with the hair coming out of the headband. However, the whole thing is red. Try adding other colors in there even though red is Vincent's color.
Its very plain in color and effects. Text is difficult to read that color as its the same as the background. Add whites yellows, oranges etc warm colors to go with red.
Aww... vincent looks so cute =D The colors are pretty good, but this is missing effects... I suggest ya add more and the text doesn't quite go well with the sig. Just fix it a bit, but yes it is cute :3
