No Thanks Raising the Rep Needed for Premium

Blah blah not fair blah blah active members blah blah prem overload blah blah

The requirements were changed about a year ago to stop a rep whoring problem and people who were close had to work harder and people who lost it soon got it back. If you want it, work for it, but honestly its a disapointment and I could care less. If they do change the requirements I hope I get rid of this premium plague upon name. The prems are greedy mother fude cakes. We've established this already.

Also, a good chunk of these "active members" are just post whores. Seriously, have you been tothe GFX section? Asking for CnC there is like saying "HAY COME WHORE OFF OF MY HARD WORK YOU POOR *******S" and then you'll be met with "I like it it b nice"

Why raise it to 600. It was only 100 before they lowered it to 50.

 

That sounds reasonable. It's a good amount that's not easy to obtain, but at the same time isn't impossible to get after staying here for awhile.

 

if we up the rep requirement, i'd say more like 500-750 because rep has lost it's punch. Nowadays people just rep for anything and everything. 200-300 is still reasonable, but if you look at the prems list, all of them are well above 200 or 300 rep gems. Hence why i think 500-750 would be more of a reasonable decision.

Either way, i'm fine with whatever.

 

At least it sounds more reasonable then 2000 like some of the others were saying.

 

The current requirement is 50, i believe. Why raise it so high? 100 - 150 perhaps. Not 700. 700 for maybe a new status, platinum like Misty said.

Guys. If you become premmy, you stay premmy even if your rep is lowered. You cannot possibly lower post count, so that is excluded.

 

That aint reasonable, that's easy. It should be at least 400. Rep aint ****, it gets whored like crazy. This is exactly why I'd prefer a credit system.

Yes, there are lots of regulars that have more rep than you. Though, it's usually because they don't post in threads that count very often.
