You have to change the setting manually.

Find your rainmeter folder, and then find this skins folder.
For example, mine is "C:\Rainmeter\Skins\Magnum Remix Madeinjungle"

Then go to the Resources folder, that's where all the background images are.
Open rainmeter, and then choose whichever app that you want to have a color, then click edit.

If you go into the resources folder you will notice that it has a ton of images, these are the background images that you will have to manually add to the .ini file.

Open the settings for the app you want to edit, and then make sure that everything matches according to the picture below.

Most rainmeter skins will have to be edited this way to get the configuration you want. Once you know what to do it's not very hard, but just a matter of trial and error.

Thanks a bunch, but I can't find it under the Skins folder. I tried unzipping it to that folder, but it comes up with a bunch of errors. it is appearing in Rainmeter though, just not all the resources and junk.

The resources folder wont appear in Rainmeter, but it should be in the folder after extraction.

What I did was extracted from the .rar file into Downloads, and then pasted the skin into the Skins folder in Rainmeter. The resources were a part of what I copied.

I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, but you may be looking in a wrong folder. I have two Rainmeter folders, one under program files, and one directly on C:. The one directly on C: has only one folder inside of it, that folder is Skins. I pasted the skin I downloaded into that folder, and set the skin to recognize the background from that folder, which you can see in the pictures above.

Maybe just try extracting it again to a separate folder, and then pasting it into skins like I did.
here's the address if it helps:
    C:\Rainmeter\Skins\Magnum Remix Madeinjungle\Resources

OK, I think it's all fixed now. I was extracting directly into Rainmeter under C:, which wasn't working. But it extracted it into my Downloads folder. Weird...
