Ash blinked as if he'd been slapped. He shifted his position on the ledge and slid off. Falling down to the ground below. Relaxing his legs, he let the shock flow through his body as he easily landed. Slipping one foot out from behind, Ash felt a shiver run through him. Too much impact...it'd probably killed him if he was distracted enough. "Alright then, Kegan," he called up to her, "If you want to go out, we might as well, since I'm already down here."

 

"Wow" Ren looking at the house. It was amazing, probadly the biggest place he's ever seen, next to the acadamy. "Come on Greg so we can pick our room."

 

Rhea, who had already chosen a decent room with Ruth, was heading back down with her Scythe following closely behind her. She let out a soft yawn, stretching slightly as she wondered what she and Ruth could do. She glanced around the room, soon noticing Ivan leaving the room. She perked an eyebrow as she slowly turned towards Ruth. She opened her mouth to speak, but was stopped by her partner who simply shook her head.

"You want to follow him?" Ruth quietly asked, tilting her head slightly when Rhea nodded her head in response.

"I think just looking around this city wouldn't do us any good," Rhea whispered, turning her attention towards the door. "Maybe that guy knows some thing about this place." Feeling a little excited, Rhea took a step away from Ruth, motioning to her to follow. "I'm pretty sure you're curious as well."

Ruth sighed out softly, shaking her head once more. "Fine, lets go," she said, waving her hand to Rhea to continue walking.

Rhea grinned and nodded her head in response, turning away from her partner and headed towards the door. Hopefully something interesting happens. She picked up her pace a little, wanting to not lose sight of Ivan.

 

Kegan stared in shock for a brief moment before running over to the balcony and calling down, "Hey, are you alright?" She couldn't believe he'd just fallen, she was annoyed at herself for not being more awake and not doing something. "Okay then, I'll be right down" She ran out of the room and down the two flights of stairs to him. "I think you took the easier route" She said as she emerged from the building, coming out to meet him, catching her breath.

 

"We need to find food... now," Zero was looking straight up. The only thing in his head was food. Food that he could almost smell. His stomach growled even louder at the thoughts racing through his head. "I hope there's food in that house," he said as he walked into the house as if he were in a trance.

 

"Wow, we're actually gonna be staying here. I can't believe it," said Shiki with his mouth gapping wide open from the awe as he walked around the interior of the Safe House, enjoying the beauty of his new home's architecture and becoming familiar with it as well. After walking around the building for a while, Shiki finally remembered two things: The first was that he was suppose to be looking for a room; The second was that Stella, a girl he has been trying to impress by trying to be cool, had been walking beside the whole time he was being a fanboy about the architecture. "Best be looking for that room, no?" ,said Shiki as his face started to blush from the embarrassment. "How about this room?!" ,suggested Shiki as he picked the closest room to them, trying to act like nothing happened. Luckily for him, the random room that he had chosen was actually pretty decent, having a great view of the city, two beds, and a bathroom.

"Yea, this is good," said Stella in her usual deadpan as she dropped her bag beside a bed and jumped on it, getting comfortable and relaxing on top of it. "After that long train ride, I'm tired so I'll be taking a nap."

"Go ahead," replied Shiki as he put threw his stuff on top of his bed. "I'll probably be going out soon to check out the city so if you can't find me, you know where I might be." Getting his clothes out of his bags, Shiki started to organize his stuff in the dresser next to his bed. "Well I'm gonna get going, Stella. Have a good nap." Walking out of the room, he closed the door behind him quietly so she could sleep peacefully.

OOC: During the weekdays, I'm gonna be very busy with college so I won't be able to post much. I'll try to at least get a post or two in each day if I can.

 

Ash barely recognized Kegan's concern for him. He touched his pocket self-consciously, "I'm alright." Once she reached him, he'd pulled out a small piece of paper, I will please someone. "Yeah...easy. Where do you want to go?" Ash sniffed at the air and turned his pale eyes down the road. He figured everyone else was out exploring. Tomorrow would be interesting. It was just a feeling. Tucking away the piece of paper, Ash sighed and stuffed his hands into his pockets.

 

"In here" came the response, from only a few doors down. Stanley was sitting inside on a double bunk bed, just waiting.
OOC: I'll let you design the room lol

 

ooc - Kegan, Ash, Shiki, Rhea and Ruth all seem to be going after Ivan to the areana. If I am mistaken speak now or forever hold your peace. Think It'd be okay for Terra to post again... And remember, there is a rule stating each post must at least have four sentences.

Zero groaned, "I haven't any money..." He didn't like being poor, but he was used to it already. "If we go out to eat, it's your treat, Aiden," his face was straight the entire time he spoke. His stomach growled again, prompting Zero to punch his own gut repeatedly.

 

"I have no idea" Kegan answered truthfully, "How about we go and see where we end up? Have an explore. It's the beauty of a new place, there's so much you don't know, so much to discover and new things to learn. You never know what's around the corner. So let's go find out." She laughed, unsure how Ash would react to new things. She stared heading in a random direction and down a street, inadvertantly going the same direction as Ivan.

 

Rin had been sitting on the bed when her stomach growled. She got up to look for her partner and on the way down the hallway she saw Aiden and Zero and overheard their conversation. "I could pay, if you return the money at a later date." She paused to look around. "We can leave after finding Leo, and perhaps some of the others would like to come with us."

 

Ash stared at her as she walked away, his mind twirling around what she'd said. Just go and see where you end up? Could it be that simple? Shrugging, he took her word for it and followed her, hurrying slightly to walk beside her instead of behind. His pale eyes scanned around the areas they passed. Only a tiny bit of curiosity gleamed in him and was always snuffed out as soon as he could recall a fact about it. Falling into a silence, Ash swayed as he caught a wave of dizziness from something he smelt in the air. Blinking it away, he turned his attention to studying his partner. Girls were often faster and more agile, but often not as strong. Was that why he was paired with her? Because he summoned a weapon that required agility more than strength? Ash knew his powers were designed for a person with strength...that's what fire was...a strength element, but fire was quick to move too. "I must not underestimate people." he recited aloud.

 

"Hmm?" Kegan said with interest as she turned a full 360 degrees to look at her partner, "What do you mean?" Ash was a mystery to her, she'd been left more than once wondering what was going on beneath that white hair of his. He was clearly clever, probably strong too though she didn't understand how he got by without emotions, how he could walk down this street and not understand the beauty of it, how he could fight without passion and purpose. Although in the heat of battle, it might not be quite so nesscesary. Still, she'd seen glimses at times, he wasn't all cold.

 

Ash hadn't realized he'd spoken out loud when Kegan responded to him. "Uh...I've developed a habit of underestimating people...Reapers, when it comes to fighting or intelligence. Clearly I'm wrong. I was just reminding myself not to do that." His fingers in his pocket touched the piece of paper again and his white eyebrows knitted together in thought, What does it mean? I...can't remember... Tugging it out of his pocket, he glanced at it. It looked like there used to be more to the simple sentence, but if there was, he didn't know where it was or what it said. How frustrating...

 

Rhea came a halt, tilting her head slightly when she saw the narrow path that Ivan was now going down. "Where the hell is he going?" she quietly asked, somewhat annoyed. She cursed under her breath, turning to look over her shoulder to see a few others following Ivan as well. "I guess we weren't the only ones," she quietly said, directing it towards Ruth.

"Do you want to stop following him then?" Ruth calmly asked, keeping her sight on Ivan already knowing Rhea would only end up losing him.

"Nah." Rhea returned her attention towards the young man, continuing to walk at a decent pace. "I'm curious as to where he's going either way." I wonder what he'll think when he finds out we're following him. Rhea chewed on her bottom lip, wondering what exactly would end up happening. Just as long as it's interesting, I suppose.

 

"Oh, fair enough" She said with her usual smile, "What's that?" She asked with innocent curiousity as she saw him get out a piece of paper. He intrigued her and anything she could discover about him was a bonus. She paused as she noticed some other girls from their group standing up ahead, "Hmm, I wonder what they're doing." A mischeivous grin spread across her face, "Do you want to follow them and find out? Who knows what we might discover, they might be heading somewhere in particular. What do you say?" She span round to him as she asked her question.

 

Ash ignored her earlier question seeing her attention diverted to the girls. "Hmm, seeing as they're following someone themselves...I suppose it would prove eventful if we followed them." Ash didn't know how to put it really. His interest in anything was fleeting and all together not there. The idea of following someone wasn't on his list of...what was that word?...enjoyments, but if Kegan wanted to... Ash nodded, his white hair falling into his eyes. Impatiently brushing it back, he slid his pale eyes from her to the others, I must be getting paranoid...and foolish with this damn thing. Shoving the paper back into his pocket, he finally addressed her first question, "It's nothing..." brushing past her to follow the others, Ash could't have said if his tone was cold or simply monotone. Perhaps a bit of both.
