    You know how the sythes summon the weapons for the reapers, do they have to summon the weapon ever time they fight? Or do the reapers keep the weapon on them after they have summoned the weapon initially?

    Scythes summon the weapons every time. If the Reaper doesn't dismiss the weapon, then they can hold on to it for a while before it vanishes, since it takes the Scythe's energy to keep it there. Only people can use their weapon is the Scythe and their chosen Reaper.
