WARNING! NOOB ALERT! WARNING! NOOB ALERT!

Yeah, I know, this is going to be one of the dumbest questions ever asked on this site, but still.

Does anybody else ever have trouble locating Kurt Zisa? Xendane(a buddy of mine) tells me if I beat him, I might finally be able to say I beat a really hard boss, but I can't find him anywhere.

And thus comes my next question: Let's say I did find him. What would you say is the best way to prepare myself to fight him?

To find Kurt Zisa, I think you have to hit somewhere in Agrabah. As for preparing for him, I just used my strongest keyblade at the time(I beat him with the Chocobo blade.)with the best accessories at the time(which were a protera chain and a fire ring), along with dodge roll, block, scan, Ars Arcanum, and MAYBE I decided to use the Simba summon because I was a noob.

    That's just what I did.

You know, since I currently have the Ultima weapon, I think I'll just try to beat him with that.

    How about my way?

I used the Oblivion Keyblade, which, I'll admit, left me in the dirt MP-wise, along with the best chain I had(protera chain), the best accessory I had(protera ring), and gave myself the following abilities:

    MAGIC HOTKEY:

    Fira
    Gravita(or gravitera)
    Stopra

    ABILITIES:

    Glide
    Dodge roll
    Ars Arcanum
    Ragnarok(cause I felt like it)
    Strike Raid
    MP Haste
    Scan
    Block
    Second Chance

Of course, this list may not be entirely correct. That's how I beat him during my fifth playthrough.

Or maybe I could just use my strongest keyblade, best magic, and best abilities/accessories/keychain to finish the job?

Meh. I just beat him with what I had.

And I think you need to fly around the desert a bit.

Talk to the carpet in Aladdin's House to get to it. Then get ready to not use Cure for a while.

Not use Cure? I never use Cure anyhow. It really doesn't seem to help me.

I'd get a few good levels before facing him.
Also,go into the fight with a full HP and MP.(Hmmm...)
I'd bring lots of Ethers and Elixers.(Potions too obviously)
You need MP for this fight.

When you get in the fight, don't hold back.
Heal party members;but only if you really need to.

Beat him up, fly away, use ether, come back, dodge his attacks, beat him up some more, rinse and repeat.

Or, get beaten up by him loads of times, just to see how he fights, and then counter appropriately. And use Aeroga as well.

    Just to be safe :)

I'll use all the options I've gotten so far, and see what happens. How about that?

LOL'd. This advice would fit any KH-bossfight. Nothing specific there :P

The thing is that you should have Tinkerbell as a summon and summon her immediately at the beginning, because that is when Kurt Zisa is going to disable your magics. Tinkerbell will heal you while you fight Kurt Zisa. When it does the spinning attack through air towards you, you will need to dodgeroll towards it at the right time.

When Kurt Zisa casts a bubble around itself, you will need to use magical attacks to destroy the bubble. Be sure to collect the MP-orbs falling from Zisa.

Then when he is going to disable your magics again, then summon Tinkerbell before that happens. I think summoning Tinkerbell will make the fight a lot easier. This fight isnt so much about your status, but about reaction speed.

btw, I actually enjoyed this fight. It is not that hard, when you get used to him disabling your magics. I found Phantom to be much more painful because it is all about magics and when I had gotten used to Kurt Zisa the Phantom was like the opposite to that, if you know what I mean...

Summon Tinkerbell IMMEDIATELY after the fight starts, before he casts that spell. Other than that, I just spammed Gravity and Thunder. No real strategy

use tinker bell at the start, make sure to stock up on potions before on top of keeping up speed when ever goes to the clock. always have stop in shortcuts.

strike raid and ragnarok are like your best friends in the battle. I don't know if it was just be, but when i summoned tink, i wasnt able to use any abilities(strike raid, ragnarok, etc.) but if i didn't summon her, i could, so i just didn't summon her.
