    Since I'm doing the constitution again this year... (not cause I failed it but cause I switched schools from last year)

    I can't find these two questions:

    How long must they have lived in the United States?

    EDIT: My dad happens to teach that class. Looked in his textbook he keeps at home.

    Representative:
    Term- 2 years
    Minimum age- 25
    Residency- state in which elected
    Citizenship- 7 years

    Senator:
    Term- 6 years
    Minimum Age- 30
    Residency- state in which elected
    Citizenship- 9 years

    You're damn lucky my father teaches social studies so I could do your homework for you. <3

    No they're two different questions. Just so I know for sure. Why would the teacher put it?

    And also I found the President one already

    He needs to be born for citizenship and lived here for 14 years.

    They're two different things.
