If the victim is upright (i.e. dungeon rack), feather the butt and back too. Have people positioned on either side of the head to blow gently in the victim's ear. Then have everyone just rest their fingers or tickling implements on the surface of their bare skin. Have the victim wait frantically and enjoy their torment and frustration as they scream for the torture to get it over with. And then as soon as they start to visibly relax...ATTACK! Well, believe it or not, everyone's been in hypnosis at least once in their life. It's all about intense focus and blocking out everything else that's happening around you. Technically, you're completely aware of everything, you just don't care. So, you wouldn't be able to make anyone go against their morals or ethics (i.e. murder). However, it IS possible to bypass it sometimes. You just need to put the subject into a situation where the unethical act would be completely normal (i.e. making someone strip by having them believe they're in the shower or a locker room) I'll answer into more detail if you ask the right questions. ;)
