I noticed that some of my files have the standard black text, but some one have blue text.
    Does that mean anything?

Typically that indicates that that text is a hyperlink.
If you right click, there should be an option to remove the hyperlink from that text. o:

    green would be encrypted

Go to Tools > Folder Options > View and uncheck the box that says "Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color"
