Question for Death Note fans.

i wouldn't do it. i'd just trick some old sap to do it for me.

 

Too see everyones names and when they'll die? No. That'd really suck to be able to tell when all the people around you are gonna die :/



If it was x-ray vision though....

 

It wouldn't be very smart to trade something so precious in for a pair of new eyes. Like light mentions, since he is going to be the new ruler, a ruler has to stay around long enough to leave his or her mark ont he world.

No. I wouldn't do that because life is so precious, and I don't want to lose min any earlier than expected. I really would rather not use the Death Note at all, but instead hide it and keep it safe. I see life as valuable and irreplaceable- I would never take the right of having it from someone.​

 

No thanks. I think I would much rather live my life to the fullest extent rather than seeing when the person in front of you will die.

Even so, it would be rather funny, walking up to a random stranger and saying
"<Insert name here>, you are going to die on <insert date here>."

 

Hey, for the record, the eyes let you see the lifespan, but it's in Shinigami time and you're never given the conversion method. So it's just odd numbers and a name.

I think I'll pass. I entertain no notions of changing the world, so anyone I want to kill will already be known to me. If I ever get caught in a back alley, threatened by thugs and I somehow have time to write down names, I'll simply do the deal then.

 

This. Sweet Jesus this. Nine and a half times out of ten, the second you're thinking of killing somebody for ANY reason, something's gone wrong.

 

Either give me the conversion method and tell me how long I have to live before so and depending on that time, I might.

Nah. I'd rather just have a Death Note and a partner like Ryuk. But, if I could cross animeverses, I'd want a Mangekyou and a Death Note. :lolface:
