No Thanks Putting Event reminders To use

I remember at least two years ago we used to have a winter formal event, but I don't see that happening anymore whatsoever...

Was it banned or was the idea drowned by a whole bunch of other threads?

(In other words...)

Could there be like a members' party for a special event... E.g... New year... Summer... Christmas??

It could be quite useful for the event reminders... i constantly notice that it seems unused for most of the time...

If not... Can someone come up with a better idea to put event reminders to use more often?

 

Having a members' party sounds like a good idea :)

Uhhh... What would we need a formal for? Sounds like it would get kind of out of hand, knowing the maturity level of some of the members here.

 

but putting an event timer or on a calander on the front page would be awsome so if there is anything special can be put on it

You can't exactly say that everyone spends most of their time in the Spanmzone, mainly because you don't know every one's browsing history and also because you shouldn't make sweeping statements like that. I spend hardly any time in the spamzone.

We could do all sorts of things. We could have competitions e.g. an image or sig competition, we could have reminiscing sessions where we talk about all the random stuff that happened in the year. It could also be a time for awards etc. Things like that which are really easy to organise.

It sounds fun. It would require rules though.

Like you could say what your wearing and stuff. Also what your doing for that holiday or whatever...

I think this could work, It doesn't matter if there are a few rules to regulate the event part of our PM pages... We can all handle that...
