Public or Private School

Which one do you go to? How do you like it? Do you wish you could be at the opposite school.

 

public. well i dunno the other but i have friends that go to private. i guess it is bouth. there stricter at private. but tehy do not have the fights like we do every day. but i stay at public.

 

Public,and no,i will never go to the Private,not anymore.

 

I go to Private, and I love it. Mostly because it's small, you know everyone, the teachers always listen to you, and there are never any fights.
I would never go to Public; not in my town anyway. We have gangs and on Halloween they were stalking the teachers from the public school...and there were quite a few murders in the public school in my town as well.
So yeah, since I value my life, I'll stay at private.

Public, we don't have too many private schools. Definitely none where I live.

i'm at a Public High School and its alright haha but they're lots of fights and drug dealers here and there and i know kid who had some drugs on him... and hes only a freshman.. so yea my school is screwed up haha but ima be going to a White school with little diversity haha but i know some asians over there lmao!​

 

...And shows are always truthful? Not really =/

But anyway, I've always gone to public schools. Public schools don't really seem all that bad. Sure, there are fights and things that will probably not happen in private schools but, I honestly like this aspect. It's just always seemed more real life to me.

Private schools are really expensive and I would never be able to go. However, I think I'd like to go to a private school to see how it really was in my opinion.

 

I go to Public school. Kind of bossy at my school, very strict. I'd like to go to a Private school.

Umm.Lets put it this way, private schools cost money and my mom isn't paying for anything like that, I don't know about you. But the shows can be truthful in that way =P​

And yeah, private school's expenses are one of the reasons of why people don't go.

I go to a private school. It's not that bad, but I've been to both types of schools and I prefer private. I will never switch back.

 

I used to go to a public school, but now I go to a private one. I like it so much more; everyone's so sweet. And since we're a smaller group, there are no cliques. I love it.

And none of them are rich, snobby kids.

 

I hate that people think that all private school kids are rich snobs that have no self respect for others. Just because thats true about me doesn't mean everyone else is.

 

I was a private school kid for eight years, and this year I moved to public school. I absoloutly hate it. People are just plain terrible to me, and I get so worked up that I FEEL LIKE KILLING SOMETHING.

Yeah, that's really a false sterotype. It's like saying all teenagers are on drugs. Or all children are brats.

Sometimes. I know that it's hard for my family to pay for it, but since public school was so horrible for me, they put aside extra money to send me to a private school.

 

I go to a public school, though I was offered a place at a private school. I think at a public school the education might not be as good, but it does teach students a more realistic view of life. I just know some people who go to private and its like they have been wrapped in cotton wool and the such. True, there are more fights etc in public schools, but isn't that sort of preparing you for life ahead?

 

I went to public, I never had the chance to go private. In some ways I wish I did just so that I could have something to compare against.

Both have their advantages and both have their disadvantages. I am glad I went to public though. For some reason Private seems really daunting to me.
