    so i want to upload wallpapers to my PSP but i have no idea how to though

    Go over to the themes section and go to wallpaper.

    how do i upload them to it from the internet?

    Slide the mouse arrow over the image then press triangle then go to the menu thats all the way to the left then to to save image. The rest should be easy.

    If you have a USB cable connect your PSP to your computer and open up the folder that should come up. There's a folder in the PSP that says PICTURES, just drag and drop any psp wallpapers in your computer into that folder, then unplug PSP go to your pictures hit X to view desired wallpaper and hit triangle then select wallpaper.

    Or you could go to the playstation store on your psp and download some there.

    If you mean themes as in ptf file types, its in "PSP - THEMES"

    Or if you want just a picture as a wallpaper, copy it into the "PICTURES" folder in my computer and then go into the pictures folder when your psp is on, then use triangle. There is on option to set as wallpaper...
