Does anyone know if I can download paches for ps3 games if I'm connected to the internet, but not connected to PSN?
I don't know at all. But if you can't connect to psn, you could download patches from your pc and install them in the ps3. http://www.ps3blog.co.za/guides/how-to-download-game-patches-and-updates-via-your-pc/ But if you can do that, which means you don't have to connect to psn to download them frm pc, why would you have to connect to psn to download tthem from the ps3?
Well the thing is, I can't connect to Playstation Network, but my playstation has internet connection, but do I have to be signed into PSN to download patches.
You can just sign out from PSN but I think you are still able to get on the internet. Go try it. Go to internet browser whiled signed out of PSN
