PS3 or Wii

I would get the Wii, just because it's interactive.... but that's just me.

You need to choose depending on what games you like.

Then there is the ps3; it's currently a $400 explosive so.... don't get it, duh! :P

 

well the wii is concentrating on like link stuff and super mario bros - dont really care for those games - but some stuff on the wii i do enjoy

 

Fact: PS3/360 graphics > Wii graphics

Actually the comment was not a matter of the opinion (though the other one was), the 40GB models have been plagued with a fatal error bug, essentially the PS3's version of the 360's Red Ring of Death, so figuratively the $399 model is "explosive" lol

Anyway, then don't get the 40GB? I wasn't particularly fond of how the PS3 was generalized by that model alone.

You should get a PS3. They have some great games projected to come out soon, like Grand Theft Auto 4... It is based in Liberty City, but it is the size of an actual city... and there is countryside.

And of course KINGDOM HEARTS 3 WOOOOOOOOOO!!!

lol I think they are. I mean nobody could think Wii has the best graphics. I mean yes they are respectable for Nintendo but not near best.

The wii's graphics are **** compared to the xbox 360 and PS3 but it has good iniciative gameplay. Though there's not many good games for consoles at the moment so I say wait until 2008.

 

Well soon the PS3's getting an *** load of epic games. MGS I'm hoping for. And ****ing FF of course.

Wii has more of the interactive games. And at the time, Nintendo's not giving **** on what games they approve to be sold for the wii. It's because they're still counting the money they got from the wii sales.

If u can afford it, you should get both. But if it's one or the other, I'd say get a Wii. If u haven't noticed, many big-time Nintendo games have been getting MUCH higher ratings than previous playstation games. Sure Sony has a couple of good games for the Playstation 2, but there's no guarentee that the PS3 will be as successful. As for games, I doubt the Wii will lack in quality or quantity against the PS3. But for now, nothing's really worth getting for the PS3, maybe the blu-ray and good graphics is one of the advantages it has over the Wii, but isn't the MAIN purpose for a game console is to PLAY games. All in all, I'd suggest getting the Wii first, wait till 2008 for lots of scheduled games, and if you really don like it, get the PS3 with the pocket change from the Wii along with a few extra bucks.

Oh, and if graphics is all you care about. Don talk to me EVER again, and I MEAN IT!!

 

If that's your view, all three consoles are ****ed this time around. All three believe they are the **** and will take home the gold.

 

It depends what sort of games you want. If you prefer more PS3 games, get that one. If you prefer more wii games, get that one. If it's equal...well, good luck, cause' I have no idea what to tell you then. XD The PS3 has better graphics and can be used for DVD, while wii has an awesome controller and...I don't know what, because I don't have it (yet, that is...). But hope that helps!
