Ps2 help D:

Theres something wrong with my Ps2!
I was playing kh2 today and it made a strange beep sound!
like a really loud one,its not the first time
its like the 6th time Ive heard this weird beep sound
what should I do?
Im really worried about this situation.

.w. .... sigh

 

try playing a diff game besides KH2 and see if you still hear the beeping sound.I remember i had the same problem with my KH2 disc.But now the sound stopped.

what PS2 do you have a slim or fat

I have a fat one, and mine did the same thing every now and then. I just ignore it, my PS hasn't blown up yet so I don't care.

 

I have a slim one but there hasn't been any signs of beeping yet. It shouldn't be a worry and if it is, go take it somewhere to get it checked.

 

I have a slim PS2, and it's only ever beeped when I've been playing KHII. It doesn't even do it with FM+ or any other game. Coincidence. o_0? I think not.

SE has secretly fiddled with the KHII disc, and overexcessive playing will result in boom + your face = dead. x_x

 

it's because the slim PS2's are actually weaker than the fat PS2's ( due to a little loss of computer and processing power )

it's making the noise because the computer's getting more info than it can handle, but no worries it won't damage it or anything, mines been doing it for years and i've never had any problems

as for the fat it depends on your model number

 

Was it during the hydra fight?

If your PS2 does that noise, either it's pissed off or something wrong with the disc drive. I have the slim one too and it never made that sound - yet. I don't want to jinx myself.
