ps2 and kh2 disc reading issue.

Hey guys I'm having a problem with my ps2 not reading my kh2 NTSC disc, see the thing I don't understand is that my DISC ISN'T SCHRACHED VERY MUCH it does have SOME scraches but not enough for my ps2 to not be able to read it, and btw I DO HAVE a NTSC ps2 system so I shouldn't be having this problem either way, so if anyone knows how I can fix this I would appreciate it alot if someone could tell me.^^

My PS2 is getting old and I have to pay attention to the way I insert the CDs (I have to make sure that the central part of the CD really "connects" well by pushing it really hard from various angles). If you' re using your PS2 as a DVD player sometimes just stop doing so, reading DVDs really messes up PS2s for some reason.

 

Try placing the PS2 vertically instead of horizontically? (Or horizontically instead of vertically, depends on how it is placed). Works sometimes

Is your ps2 dirty or dusty inside? Try making sure you at least try and clean it with a dry cloth gently perhaps. Because sometimes my ps2 gets dusty inside so when I dust it, the games seem to work immediately after.

 

I'm not sure if it's dust or not but I'll check it and see.
