Prom's this weekend

I have no idea what to do, or what happens in prom. Can someone please help me?

 

You sit around with your friends and eat food and listen to music that you dislike while all the other kids dance and stuff. Then you go back to a mates place and get drunk, fall asleep on the floor and have his mother wake you up at 5am with her foot because apparently 5am is a good time to go home when you have no keys.

 

Seems legit. The food part looks fun.

Reading it again, it's more or less accurate.

 

When I went to prom, it was at some hotel ball room. The people who actually had dates danced while the people that were just friends, or went with friends sat around, talked with people, and acted like party animals. The food tasted awesome too. Some teachers are there "regulating" the dancing so it doesn't get too crazy, but they're often the cool teachers.

Anyway, so I don't write paragraphs on what prom night is, this is basically it:

1. Drive to date's house, date's parents scold you to keep your date safe.
2. Take pictures at date's house with date, and whoever is also there.
3. Go to the prom in a limo. Eat and talk with people there.
4. Dance a little bit/suck the helium out of balloons.
   
5. Bring date home.
6. Sleep/sexy time/after party.

 

stay at home and watch tv because prom is lame and high school is lamer

 

Altogether it sounds like a social event, which I might end up hating.

Spend the night with friends because Prom is lame. All the boys were ******bags and I could not justify spending all that money.

Ha. Haha. well it depends on the con, I guess...

 

I'm talking about formal con dances, not raves. I hate raves. Too much noise and too many people.

 

Well, that's the point of raves lol. Noise and people.

To be fair, I haven't been to a lot of cons where they had a formal dance or ball. And usually to get into them is to pass a super-strict dress code (maybe even more so than High school proms) so I skip them anyway.

 

Here's a few tips:

1) Don't pick up your date in a car, or in a limo with some friends, no. None of that. Tell your date to meet you at the bus stop. Then you drive to prom by yourself/in a limo with your friends, meet her there, and if she asks what happened, tell her that you were too nervous to ride in the same vehicle as her because her beauty is just too much to handle. She'll think it's sweet and think you're sensitive and ****.

2) Start a moshpit.

3) Throw your date in the middle of the moshpit.

4) Criticize your date's moshing skills to lower her self-esteem and make you look better.

5) Start a LAN party in the middle of the moshpit. Hopefully you didn't forget to bring your desktop. Play Custom Maid 3D with the 12 other dudes who brought their desktops as well and compare waifus.

6) Try your best to win the "Best Waifu" award.

7) If you lose, plant steroids on the winner's person and alert the judges.

8) Take date back to your place and/or 7/11 parking lot and fart in her mouth until she calls you "onii-chan".

9) By this point in the night, you've done so much rude **** to this girl, that she's probably not with you anymore. If she is, then marry her. If not, then repeat Step 1 twelve months from now at someone else's prom.
