Help Profile Customization Help Guide

It seems that some people are having trouble with profile customization on figuring out what does what. Well, never fear, a guide is here!

After clicking Customize My Profile, a lot of options come up, which will be explained here.

General

• Title Text Color changes the color of the text that says how many Visitor Messages there are.
• Page Background, as the name implies, changes the background of the page.
• Page Link Color changes the color of links on your user page, such as "Click here to browse all media uploaded by [username]."

Modules

• Module Text Color changes the color of the text on the Visitor Messages tab.
• Module Link Color I am also unsure of.
• Module Background changes the background color of the Visitor Messages tab
• Module Border changes the border color of the Visitor Messages tab.

Inactive Modules

• Inactive Model Text Color changes the color of all text on the outside box to the left, such as username, usertitle, etc., the text color for the tabs next to Visitor Messages, and the text color for "Page X of Y", as well as each page number.
• Inactive Model Link Color changes the color of all links in the outside box on the left, such as Send Private Message, Home Page, etc., as well as all links on the bottom, such as Add Album, Join Group, etc.
• Inactive Model Background changes the background of the left outside box.
• Inactive Model Border changes the border color for the outside box.

Buttons

• Button Text Color changes the text color of the "Post Message" and "Go Advanced" buttons.
• Button Background changes the background of the "Post Message" and "Go Advanced" buttons.
• Button Border changes the border of the "Post Message" and "Go Advanced" buttons.

Content

• Content Text Color changes all of the text in the left inside boxes, such as where the Join Date text (and other text in that area) is, as well as the area where the text of VMs is.
• Content Link Color changes the link colors in the left inside boxes, such as where the Join Date text (and other text in that area) is, as well as links in Recent Visitors and the body messages of VMs.
• Content Background changes the background of the VMs box, as well as the body text for VMs.
• Content Border changes the border of the areas mentioned above.

Headers

• Header Text Color changes the text color of the date stamp.
• Header Link Color changes the color of "View Conversation", "Report", and normal users' (users who are not premium or staff) usernames.
• Header Background changes the background of where the user who posted the VM and date stamp are.
• Header Border changes the color of the border in the areas mentioned above.

I myself figured everything out through trial and error.

About this, I'm somewhat unsure. Using common sense and trial and error, Modules refers to "About Me", "Visitor Messages", etcetera. I originally believed it to change the color of the text, but this FAQ told me otherwise. I am currently testing to see the results of changing this colour. I currently have it set on a bright pink, in hope to notice something easily, but I've noticed nothing yet. I'll post again if I find out more.
