Problems with installing driver software using Roxio Easy VHS To DVD!

    Hey guy's, so here's what happens when I plug in the usb device into my pc with the disc in the disc drive it looks like it's installing, but then I get a 2nd window with a msg that says please insert disc that came in the package or what ever (something like that) and when I open the tray back up and push it back in the driver installation wizard freezes, any help with this?

    I'd try simply downloading the drivers from the manufacturer's website.

    Really?? I didn't even know I could do that or that that was even possible ty misty for that great advice.:D
