Problem

hey guys, i didnt know where to put this, but i have been playing kh, and well the screen when i play it has black lines at top and bottem like normal but it also has a black line on the right hand side but not the left.

 

This goes in the "Help" section and are they colored lines? I might know the problem.

 

its just a black line, like a boarder but only on three sides

 

It might just be your TV. If you have another one, try hooking it up on that one and see if it works. Let me know if it does.

 

Yeah it might be the TV or the CD....

 

it works fine on anothe tv, on the other tv it has boarders all the way round, btw just to let u know im using componant cables not the scart.

 

I still think your TV is messed up. Try messing with the settings.

 

Just try and set the screen to a different width/height. Its the TV I reckon.

Moving to tech support.

Check the settings of your TV; the alignment is probably off. There's usually a set of buttons under the screen (or on the TV menu) that can be used to center it. :3

 

Black lines... is the colour distorted in any way?

You say you're using components, and often times if you plug the RGB cables incorrectly (ex. plugging the red into the blue spot), your image will be distorted. Double check at the back to make sure you placed each plug in the right slots.

You also say it works fine on another TV, so if your plugs are in correctly, then it's most likely the TV.
