Problem uploading a video to phone?

    Or rather movie.
    I try to upload it to my phone and it says something about a wrong spector or something. The file is a .mp4 and i'm going to try and change the file type and see if that works.

    Help would be nice.
    My phone is a sony ericsson walkman W580 and it usually works fine with videos I put on there.

    How are you trying to send the file? With cable, or remotely with bluetooth? If it's cable, are you doing it like the mobile is a remote device and drag & drop files or are you doing it through some software?
    Also, make sure you have enough space.
