Kingdom Hearts II Power of darkness

Right after you beat luxord, if you talk to riku, he'll tell sora that he won't need the soul eater or the power of darkness yet.
Does that mean taht sora can use darkness if he wants to?
I hav ea feelign taht this might be related to the next kingdom hearts.

 

Maybe... Sora has anti-form, so he can use the power of darkness, but I don't think he can use it at his will...

 

Yeah. I think the anti form is the darkness taking over him.

 

That's not what Riku ment. He ment that Sora didn't need him yet.

 

I think Riku meant that he didn't have to use his full strength yet.

Anyway I thought it was clear that Sora could use the power of darkness after seeing him use dark aura in his limit with Riku.

 

I think what Riku was trying to say that HE as in himself, did not need the power of darkness or Soul Eater yet. Maybe because he was willing to take the risk of plunging futher into the darkness only in the worst-case scenario of their battle against Org 13.

 

lol I may not be the one who said it, but I do. I notice things like that (such as the similarity between Black Suit-Spidey & Anti-Form...) But as for the point of this thread, I'm pretty sure he meant that Sora did not need Riku's full assistance at the time...

 

Oh yeah, it's alot like spiderman three. Riku was just talking about himself but I'm sure the question has been answered now.

 

But before that there was Bleach. And that's interesting that he can also use dark aura. I already made a post about Sora' s other half. And it did seem pretty possible that could be a future storyline.
