    Hello everyone :)
So If I'm on a thread, and I want to reply to a certain comment on there, is there a way to do that? I noticed that there is a reply button under each comment, but the reply just appears at the bottom of the forum so I'm not sure :) Do you need to do the reply with quotes button instead?
Also is there a way of checking if someone has replied to your thread or comment without going onto the thread itself? Like on the homepage when you log in?
Thank you for the help :)

the reply with quote button puts the comment into a quote and you just post under it. You can also put the comment in the quote yourself with And you can subscribe to a thread if you want to, to keep track if someone posted in it. I personally use the What's New? page, since that shows all the new stuff

If you want to reply to what someone said to get it looking like this:

Then just go to "Reply with Quote" button. However, if you want to reply to multiple posts, just go through and click the button furthest on the right with a +, and it will check mark all the posts you want to reply to. Then at the bottom or top, click on "Reply to Thread" and all of them will appear and you just type inbetween the quotes for your replies.

For checking if someone replied, you can subscribe to a thread. Just go to the top of the thread, and click on "Thread Tools", then click on "Subscribe to this thread." Then customize how you want to be notified and which folder in user CP you want it in. If you do it via user CP, you will recieve a notification at the top for every post that appears on the thread and you will know if someone replied.

Hope that helps! If you still have any questions, feel free to ask.

Also, if you want to see if you've posted in a thread before, click the number of replies when in a forum.

When on the New Posts page, click "Replies" itself instead of the number.
