Hmm... hard to choose a favorite, but I'd have to say (excluding Naruto, Bleach, and Deathnote) :

Anime: Fullmetal Alchemist

Manga: Tsubasa

 

Anime:Death Note/Vampire Knight/Code Geass ( I just can't choose D:)

Manga: Fruits Basket hands downs.

 

Anime: Bleach and Code Geass

Manga: DN

 

Anime: Either Naruto Shippuden because Sai is just so lulzy or Elfen Lied.

Manga: Death Note, way better then the anime.
