I know. That's what I aspire to be able to do. One day.

And the great part about it is that is was made with Windows Movie Maker, so for all of you that think it's crap, take it back!

I've gotta be honest. I really don't like this video.

I mean, sure it's an incredible looking video that uses a ton of effects, but it seems to be completely lacking in any kind of emotion. Without that, all it will ever be is just a showcase of effects.

I'd suggest you check out my topic A Whole Bunch of AMVs Not Made By Me and particularly the second link under FIREFLY/SERENITY to hopefully get what I'm talking about.

Just a bunch of clips edited together with no Effects whatsoever, but it's the emotion that makes the video so great in my opinion.

Allright, I have one slight problem with it I forgot to say: The effects the person put in there were great, but they got slightly irritating and too flashy.

That is a very good AMV, good find Misty, probably the best AMV i've seen made in WMM.

Though I have seen better KH AMV's before, but there were used in other better programs like Premiere.

This is the best KH AMV ever - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTHfT-iTAKA

I really did not like that video.

The jumping of the scenes started to give me a headache, and the song really didn't go with the clips. I've seen a LOT better. I actually thought that the fact that they used SO MANY effects was kind of distracting from the fact that the video had no real flow or timing.

    Just my opinion though.

No real timing? o_0 Ok sure there wasn't a great amount of flow, but that video was timed very well, he used effects to time the clips aswell as the normal transistion. It shows that the person is good editor and actully editted the clips.

When I say timing I meant a more...emotional timing. Such as having the words of the song match the clips involved. The timing itself (such as being on beat) was fine, but the emotional and actual effort was not.

That's an awesome AMV, Darkandroid, though it was a real overdose on special effects and transitions though.

Meh, the song is fantastic...but meh.

To many flashy effects, with the artist not staying on a single scene for long enough. The transistioning was good though, and if the artist did less, then it would be really nice.

I agree. It did seem to jump from one scene to another really quickly.

I see what you mean Vorbis the Blade, it had alot of beat timing, but not much lyrical timing.

And Cloudo, i didn't make that, someone from Gametrailers did, shame he quit making AMV's T_T

As for the Sail on video, I totally agree one of the best AMV's ever, it's timed so perfectly and still tell a story, i don't think it went to fast, it was meant to, you don't want to drag out a clip, that was a perfect example of great editting, scene in an great AMV's on average have clips lasted only a few seconds. Since they are only a few minutes long, you have alot to fit in of story, and besides, they aren't just a visual aid, the lyrics are suppose to go along with the video, so the story is told in the lyrics and supported by clips.
