358/2 Days Possible to use dual keyblades

It is possible to use dual keyblades in the last battle in 358/2 days well they say that Riku might be the last boss so we saw at KH2FM that their battle is with dual keyblades so... it might be!

I may be wrong, but didn't one of the scans, or interviews say the Organization have special powers they can activate when you do something? I'll go check right now to confirm it. Maybe that's what it takes for Roxas to use it.

i think it's possible, Roxas can turn into a different form like sora. i still don't know what form are there.

 

Most likely it would be a limited use thing.

Notice in the second Axel / Roxas fight in KH2, Axel was suprised Roxas pulled out two keyblades against him.

 

Maybe he can only use them in specialful fights...​

I find it so funny that everyone was praising Roxas for being able to use dual keyblades, and bashing Sora for only being able to wield them in Forms xP. Had to say it. And now, it seems that you do start out with the Kingdom Key. I always thought the reason why they couldn't make Sora use two keyblades all the time was because it might make the game easier, and even then, the important thing is not whether you could wield two, but have the skills to do so. Sora showed that perfectly alone in the Riku vs. Sora vs. Xemnas battle at the end.

And to get to the question, since Deep Dive, the continuing custcene of it in FM+, and anything of the Skyscraper battle, is a sure thing you'll be able to use Oathkeeper and Oblivion for it, or else it wouldn't really make sense.

As for other times, possibly.

Nomura said right after KH2 was released that Sora wielding one Keyblade most of the time was because (in his opinion) it's not fun to control a dual wielder all the time. Obviously his opinion hasn't changed. So, more than likely Roxas will either only be able to use Oblivion and Oathkeeper on special occasions or as a Limit type system ala Sora's Drive forms.

I'm leaning towards the first, mainly because Axel seems surprised when Roxas uses two against him in KH2. Although obviously, that could mean any of a number of things.

 

Yeah, you start of rocking guys with one weapon, then you start losing then all of a sudden,

"BAM! I GOT TWO SWORDS!!!"
