Yup, I'd say it's pretty successful alright =D Though the text? Nuh uh. At that I can't even see the 'B' from Bear very well, so it kinda looks like it's written 'ear'...xP Great icy feel though~
The text is coming from behind the bear.... it's depth in itself..... Adds depth..... overlapping..... got it? So like..... the bear is in front of the text.
I get the depth technique you used with the text. But you're whoring that style of text, try mixing it up a bit. Also, I would have chosen a better font, or no text at all in this case.
