That's still a custom card, it say it right at the bottom of the card.
And make sure you use cards that have Resistances, Strengths, and Weaknesses up to what was allowed in G2 (the original basics).

I place Houndour on the bench.


And attach one Fire Energy card to Cyndaquil.


I use Cynaquil's Tackle, doing 10 damage to your Pikachu.

I uses spark on houndor and he looses 10 hp
and my in my hand is still 6

I put a energy on pikachu and then i use spark on hounder ad if u read it then you'll understand

 

You need two Lightning Energy cards in order to use Spark.
Again, please redo it.
