ooc: I know stll haven't joined the rp, but Lucario isn't a legendary. Just because it's a one of a kind it doesn't mean it's a legendary.

 

ooc: mewtwo is legendary. Lucario is legendary then. Legendary pokemon are registered as one of a kind, God like pokemon really, lol.

ooc: BUT Lucario isn't a legendary! The game says nothing of it being a legendary! The 3rd gym leader in Diamond and pearl has ONE!!! How can you say it's a legendary!? Even the guy who gives you the egg has one.

I made a decision, first update on rules.....NO LEGENDARIES!

Also the Villein will be Team Rocket (classics rock).

 

OOC:I know!Riolu is so adorable.and I doubt that Legendarys have Pre-Evs.Manaphy breeds,but it isn't its Pre-Ev.

ooc: hey gamefreak, did you check out the plot thingy I suggested. I doubt that you gonna even consider it, but I just had to try to put out some kind of a plot that could be used here that could perhaps prove to get this game goin for a long time. I just sayen cause the last forum rp thing I was on, which was on a different sight, when people made those "do what you want, roam around, and whatever", it ended up just dien. SO I just sayen that maybe you might just consider the plot suggestion I made

Don't mean to start any arguements but seriously, Lucario isn't legendary.
I mean you only get one Beldum in the Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald and he ain't legendary.
These terms are what define a legendary Pokemon:
-One of a kind
-Does not evolve or have any pre-evolutionary forms
