Pokemon Platinum

I've chained about 14 Golbat.

And isn't there a new champion like with Emerald?Wallace was the champ in that one.

 

Nope. Still the same Champion. But you see her a bit more and instead of getting a Happiny egg from the Hiker in Hearthome, you get a Togepi egg from her there.

 

Oh sweet.But as much as I like Togepi,I stil want to eventually have a Chansey,then a Blissey.Dammit. But I can use cheats.Or...like I did a few times in D/P.I caught a few Chansey in the lvl 20 range.

 

Well, there's always Backlot's Trophy garden. Just talk to him every day until he says there are Happiny there and then go and catch them.

 

Dang..your right.To the trophy garden when I get platinum.And Cyrus,still the evil creep we all know and hate.I know that for sure.You do get to catch Dialga and Palkia at the end right?

 

Yeah, but after you get the Adamant and Lustrous Orbs within Mt Coronet. And after you get the National Dex. Then go to Spear Pillar and you'll see either a Blue or Pink thing floating depending on what orb you have. Blue is Dialga, Pink is Palkia. They are both level 70.

 

Yeah.I know about the lvl 70 thing.But now it's harder.In Emerald,you could just go to where the weather guy says so,and catch them under water,or in a cave.Now it's more of a challenge.

 

Well, the whole game is more of a challenge. Also, did you know that the Regigigas in Snowpoint temple is now level 1?

 

lvl 1?Are you serious.lvl 1.God!!Why did they do that?It's not even a challenge.Catch him with a pokeball.But since legendaries are hard to catch with pokeballs in general.Great or ultra ball.

 

I heard it's supposed to be even harder to catch just because it is so low a level. You have to weaken it without making it faint. And you need the three Regi's, which you can catch in the game if you get the level 100 Regigigas that Toys R Us is giving away from March 8th to the 21st. You can also catch the Legendary birds of Kanto for some reason.

 

Well.Looks like I'm going to Toys R Us soon then.Haha!But wait.March 21.The day before Platinum comes out.Wow...oh well.But...I will just use a lvl 5 pokemon and try not to knock it out the best I can.But save before a big hard battle.If you lose,which is rare that you lose against a legendary.You'd have to suck pretty bad and skrew up alot.But if you knock it out.Try again.You wont have a second change though.

 

Yup, I know. I think they planned to have it end the day before Platinum comes out. I'd hatch some eggs and take it on, or just save my Masterball. It's actually perfect to EV train too, since it's so low a level. Also, the weaker they start out, the stronger they'll be in the end.

 

I'm saving the masterball for Giratina.But if you ant a challenge.Use it anytime you want.Becuase Giratina is hard to catch,and take out.And God knows how crazy a lvl 70 Dialga and Palkia will be.Wait a min.Holy crap.What about Arceus?Is he still catchable with the Azure Flute at the Spear Pillar?

You're completely wrong,he's the hardest thing i even tried to catch.
It's really hard to not kill him in one hit AND inflict a status disorder,the only way i found out is using False Sweep(Or whatever is the one of that ability that aways let's the enemy with 1HP) and Hypnosis/Thunder Wave.

And i actually caught more Legendaries with Pokeballs,than with Great/Nest/Quick/Timer/Ultra/Whatever Balls.

If i were you,i'd just save my Master ball.

Yeah. Nothing has changed with Arceus. But, Japan will be getting it when the 12 movie comes out. The movie is supposed to be called Arceus - Towards the Overcome's Time Space! It will be the conclusion of the Diamond and Pearl movies, showing Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Heatran, Arceus, a Notch-eard Pichu, and possibly other legendaries.

 

Oh sweet.Are they all gonna be fighting or something?Or is there gonna be peace?Do you know anything about the movie?

 

Nothing is known yet. It's all just speculation. Some people are saying that Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina will be fighting and Arceus will show up to stop them from fighting and Heatran will only make a brief appearance like Regigigas did in the 11th movie.

 

Oh..cool..I might take the time to actually watch this one.But what happens after this movie.Nothing else?The end of the Pokemon movies,or the end of Pokemon?

 

No one knows yet. A lot of people are hoping for a 5th generation. But they can't really top this one, since they've got the Pokemon that was said to create everything. Can't really top that.

 

Oh! I just saw that if you pre-order it you can receive a Giratina figure. (Probably old news D; )
