You just need good leveled Pokemon with Dark type attacks. I used Luxio and Grotle, who both had Bite.

So it's as if you were copying pokemon..in my case of coruse...awsome...I do want another Turtwig to trade off to a friend.I lke that idea..

I now just got that damn Griseous Orb and now my Giratina is in Origin form. It's stats are improved.Like attack, and a few others. It's hard to notice the difference for a few though.

No. For them, it was totally random. Once you encountered them, like the Dogs in G/S/C, they appeared in their locations from the pokedex. Also, every time you moved a panel on the map they would move randomly. Latios and Latias were particularly easy since Pacifilog town was surrounded by water, making your chances of encounter very high.

That's because for Origin Forme, it's Attack and Special Attack are switched with it's Defense and Special Defense.

It's where you go to get the Pokemon from your GBA games. First, you need to have beaten the Elite 4 and get the National Dex. Then you go south of Sandgem Town and Surf until you reach route 222, I think. Just go along it until you get to a building. Go inside and you'll see Prof. Oak. Talk to him and save. Then shut it off and put your GBA Pokmon game in the GBA slot of the DS. Turn it on and there should be an option called Migrate from -insert GBA game here-. Click on it and you'll be told you can only send 6 pokemon from one game a day. You pick the 6 Pokemon and then start up the game. Then you talk to the guy and you'll be given Park Balls. Then you go in and roam around the grass and water, finding and catching your Pokemon. The Park balls will always work. Once you get all 6, you'll be forced to leave and you'll get a score based on what Pokemon there were, and how quick you caught them all. Then they will be sent to your PC.

Wow. I am fairly pissed right now. I just spent the past 20 minutes EV training the crap out of a Houndoom (had more Sp. attack than HP LOL), then my DS shuts off. FML.

Wow, that sucks. That's why I pay attention to the green light. If it goes red, I plug in my charger and keep going.

Yeah. I'm really bad at watching the light. I lose track of what I'm doing when playing games. Still I don't think I've ever been this frusterated in my life. XD

Oh...so thats' why..Allright..This thing will do me some good when I re challenge the elite 4,and for some after battles.

And I'm going to challenge Dialga and Palkia at ngiht so I can use these dusk balls.

And I agree with AF.I plug in my charger as soon as I see the red light. Then just keep playing.Sometimes when it's fully charged up I still keep the charger in it to not waste energy.

I find it's best to save after every 10-15 minutes, just in case.

I save all the time. But it's very very good to save before fighting a legendary pokemon..or a big boss of some kind.Like Cyrus.

But why must there be the whole saving a lot of data thing?I swear to God I hate that.It takes like 30 sec to save.Or more like 20 sec.

I like the normal 5 second save better.

Well it is a rather large game nowadays. I've noticed every generation, it gets longer by about 2-4 secs every one.

Update on Houndoom: level 25 and has 93 sp. attack. ;D

What I like to do is if I want a max EV for a stat, I buy 10 of the EV item I'm looking for, give them all to it and then train it. That way, you start off with 100 EV's in that stat. But it only works if you do it before training, because you can only go up to 100 with it.

That's what I do too. I got Carbos and the Sp. Attack one for Houndoom. I got some protien for Crunch when he learns it... wish he'd be a phys. attacker. :[

But you can't use the Sp. Attack ones, since it's Sp. Attack is almost at 100. You can't use them after it reaches 100 at that stat.

I meant his actual stat is 93. His EV points are definitely over 200 by now. After that I'm splitting his speed and attack. Speed will be 2/3 of what I have have left after I finish Sp. Attack.
